M & L for granite 18-20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, Door cills, cooking platforms and like, set in neat cement slurry including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, including taking down of old unserviceable stone slab / tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slab one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20mm to 25 thick, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 20mm thick in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed in CM 1:2 mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing etc including dismantling of old existing unserviceable stone slabs / tiles of any type and removal of debries material outside defence land etc. , complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for carrying out non-destructive water proofing treatment to sunken slab of toilets consisting of one WC, one nahani trap at bathroom and one nahani trap at Kitchen including cleaning of surface with wire brush removing loose particles, greasy elements, detecting leakage point, sealing joints of tiles/cracks in floor and wall and injecting injection of CORESEAL 135A/CORESEAL 135B all as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- 1.
