Construction of Paver block Pave yard at Remuna Market Yard under RMC BALASORE

Earth work excavation in hard /gravely soil including 50m initial lead& 5m lift initial lift including all labour etc complete in all respect as per latest specification & direction of the Engineer in charge.

SAND FILLING :-Filling in foundation, trenches and plinth with river sand, well watered and compacted in layers of 0.3 mtr, with top surface dressed and leveled to proper gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance, all taxes and royalties, loading and unloading, including cost of all labour, sundries ,T & P etc. All complete as per directions of the Engineer -in-charge

Filling F&P with excavated material including cost of all materials labour etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 3 :6 (1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate of size 25mm to 40 mm hard granite crusher broken metal ) , mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period .including all cost of labour ,material, conveyance,royalties and taxes ,sundries ,T & P etc.complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials and labour for laying sub-base with sand and moorum admixture(40%+60%) in layers not exceeding 100mm thick watering & compaction to be required density in with PRR.

Providing, laying, spreading, and compacting stone agreegate of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 8-10 tones PRR to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of course agreegate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specification for road and Bridge work (4th Revision). Grade-III filler with stone dust including all labour & materials etc complected.Grade-III (Filler with stone dust.)

C.C (1:2:4) using 12mm size crusher broken granite metal including watering curing with all cost & convayance and royality etc complete.

Providing and Laying Factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete Paver Bliocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape made by table Vibratory method , to attain superior smoth finish using PU or Equivalent moulds ,Laid in required gray colour and Pattern over 50mm thick Compacted bed of coarse sand , copmacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking Paver Blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, Filling joints with Fine sand and cutting of Paver blocks as per required size/Pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath , parks, lawns, drive ways, or light traffic parking and Lanes/Road etc, all complete as Per Manufacturers Specifications and Driection of Engg -In -Charge. 80mmm thick C.C. Paver Blocks of M-35 grade With approved colour design Pattern etc. complete.
