Special repair to Roda road to Panibhandar for the year 2025-2026.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification by manual means.

Providing , laying,spreading & compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing ,rolling with 3 wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade & camber etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision)

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision).

Providin & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concret with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works

Earth work in excavation of fondation in hard soil within the initial lead & lift including dressing & levelling the bed & depositiong the excavated earth away from the site etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Filling sand-Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

P.C.C (1:3:6) using 40mm size H.G metal well rammed with cost,conveyance, royalty taxes of all material and labour T&P etc. complete.

Plain cement concrete M-15 grade in Foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Plain cement concrete M-15 grade in Sub-Structure complete as per drawing and technical specification.

R.C.C work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusherbroken) stone chips including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge. (Raft)

Construction of R.C.C. railing of M 25 grade in cast-in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical railing post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre-to-centre spacing between vertical posts not to exceed 2000 mm as per drawing and technical specifications direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Providing Weep Holes is Brick Masonry/Paln/Rainforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure wirh slope of IV:2Htowards drawing force etc, complete.

Providing and laying of Filter Media with Stone Crushed aggregates of 45mm size satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MORTH Specifications to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size.
