Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles. and removing debries outside MD land at the location decided by the Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris out of MD land at the location decided by the Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, concrete or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish out side MD land at the location decided by the Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for racking out joint/pointing to random or ploygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches,n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft,well ,cess ,pits manholes etc n exc 1.5m in depth and not exc 10 sqm in plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 M radius any radius walls built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & directed

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto course with cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as copping. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering & well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil exc 250mtr but n exc 500 mtr distance & depositing where directed at a level nexc. 1.5 mt above the starting point. .complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains,complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete,using extra cement,incl forms,mould,mitred/stopped ends etc completed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC @ 3 % by the weight of cement used and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will measured and paid in sperate Item

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparation new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring for level course,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) for laying under floor finishes,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300x 200x 7mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over and including rendering 10mm thick plaster in Cement mortar in (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to coloured tiles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 22 above but in skirting over and including rendering 10mm thick plaster in Cement mortar in (1:4).

S&F bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe410-0 or Fe 310-0 and welding whereever required, complete all as specified and directed

S&F 0.63mm thick plain galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in valley gutters, drp and staright flshings (lenght and girth as fixed) with grade of Zinc coating complete all as specified and directed
