Details of work

Erection, loading ,unloading , commissioning , grouting, plinthing & earthing of sub station type 11m long ST double pole for cable rising / metering with mounting of all accessories, grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly. All decentralize material like nut & bolt, material related civil work, clamp, MS channel etc will be provided by contractor at his own cost .

Loading ,unloading & Erection, grouting, plinthing, earthing & painting of single support 11MTR ST pole for LT/HT line, including fixing of necessary clamps ,grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly (All decentralize material like Grouting & plinthing related material.nut & bolt, clamp,service clamp & skild man power for execution this work etc will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Carriage, Loading, Unloading ,Fixing & grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fasteniong the stay wire with pole and stay rod nozzling. ALL decenterlise material nut & bolt, service clamp, material related civil work etc. & skilled manpower for Execution this work will be provided by contractor at his own cost.

Carriage, Loading, unloading & Laying of 11 KV, 3x120 /3x185 sq mm XLPE cable Hanging method with help of stay wire/GI wire. cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms and Electrical safety rules .All decentralize material related this work like nut & bolt, clamp, & skilled man power for execution this work etc will be provided by contractor.

Loading ,unloading & Laying of single 11 KV, 3x120/185 sq mm XLPE cable in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 600 mm wide including supply of required material like first class brick, stone pad and sand etc. The enter axial spacing between two cable( in case of any other cable is also running in parallel) should be in between o.25 mtr. to 0.40 mtr. The cable shall be laid between two continous rows of bricks, river sand packing on all side of cable shall be done. After laying down of the cable the stone slab shall be laid in such a manner so that cable channel is completely covered from top. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (All material required for laying & skilled man power for execution this work will be supplied by the contractor at his own cost except 11KV,3X185 sq mm XLPE cable)

Fixing of Heat Shrink cable type end Terminations suitable for 11 KV 3x185/3x120/3x70 sq mm XLPE cable as per Resspo and Electrical safety rules. All decentralize material related this work & skilled man power for execution this work will be provided by contractor at his own cost.

Outdoor/indoor jointing kit

Loading, Unloading, Earthing of support complete with the help of M.S. rod 16 mm dia and 2.5 mtr. long using charcoal & salt layer properly. fastening of G.I. wire with clamps/X-arm/support to M.S. earth rod. Testing of earthing as per rule after complete this work result will be satisfactory then connect all connection properly (All decentralized material G.I. strip ,nut bolt and clamp, charcoal, salt etc & skilled man power for Execution this work will be provided by contractor at his own cost.)

Hoisting of 11 KV 3x120/185 sq mm XLPE cable providing GI pipe of size 8” dia 3 M long on double pole including its jumpering, complete with clamps, nut & bolts. As per Resspo and Electrical safety rules. All decentralize material like holding clamp, nut & bolt GI pipe etc & skilled man power for Execution this work will be provided by contractor at his own cost.

Errection, Commissioning and earthing of 11 KV HT Metering cubical and 11 KV CVT complete with earthing. (All material except 11 KV CVT UNIT will be arranged by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Painting of ST pole properly all required material & & skild man power for execution this work will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost .

Dismental & loading, unloading of old & use useless material from 11 kv jarjar line and receive back all dismental material from site to Naini store

Spreading and stringing of 3 Phase 3 wire continuous ACSR Weasel conductor for 11 KV line including binding of insulator complete in all respect. The work includes jumpering/connecting of conductor at sectional pole. The work also includes opening of O/H cable service line and its connection after sagging the conductors as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule. (All decentrealise material nut bolt, Holding clamp, Al. binding wire including loading,unloading and carriage centralise material from Naini store to site will be arranged by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)
