Applying birla white/J.K white two or more cotes wall care putty over palster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropes, dust loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete upto all floor level as per HP PWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Distempering with 1st quality Acrylic distemper of Asian Paints/Nerolac surksha Paints/Berger Paints/Delux Paint on undecorated wall havinginterior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 (Fifty) grams / litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including the octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood or wood based surface with enamel paint other than white to give a even shade including cleaning of all dert, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and slopping within all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge and other incidentals. The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, Tol Tax, sales tax GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) Asian Paints/Nerolac surksha Paints/Berger Paints/Delux Paint on previously painted steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter With white enamel paint as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechnically mixed plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:2:4 (one cement isto two sand isto four gradded crushed stone agreegate 20 mm (Twenty milimerter) nominal size) and curing complete work in foundation, footing bases and the alike and mass concrete as required at site including the cost of form work as per drawing and MORD technical specification sections 802,803,1202 & 1203 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.
