Part-A2 (REPAIRING & SERVICING OF EXISTING 10 KVA DG SET & THEN ANNUAL CMC WORK OF DG SET OF ANIMAL HUSBANDARY DEPARTMENT AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN RAJASTHAN).

Servicing of existing 10 KVA single phase DG set (As per Annexure B) with AMF panel(Electromechanical/PLC type) along with cleaning of radiator fins,relacement of all types of filters with new one, draining old coolant & refilling new coolant as per requirement of DG OEM ,checking oil leakage & replacement of gaskets & hose pipe if required, checking fan belt tension & wear & replacing damaged belt if required ,checking all control & power wiring/cabling, contactor coils,relay etc. with making connections , draining old engine oil & refilling with new engine oil of requirement as per OEM etc complete in all respect to make the DG set operative as per satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of new 12 V 90 AH sealed proof battery of DG set of makes complete in all respect.

DEDUCT RATE OF BUY BACK OF OLD BATTERY OF 12V 90AH

Providing Comprehensive Maintenance Contract work for keeping operative the existing 10 KVA DG set with AMF panel of cold rooms of Animal Husbandary Department throughout the Rajasthan for ONE YEAR , with monthly routine visit of sites as per conditions below:

(A) The contract is comprehensive , including all labour and all minor electrical & mechanical parts, consumables, wear & tear items, engine oil, coolant filling, lubricants etc. but it is excluding new battery & major breakdown.

(B) Any lapse of the duty from the part of operation & maintenance as well as any damage of DG set will be taken very seriously and the loss will be made good by the contractor.

(C)The contractor should have round the clock contact telephone numbers/Mobile numbers of its responsible persons. In case of any emergency, contractor and authorized engineer/supervisor should make themselves available at site on a short notice and make all efforts to make the situation normal at the earliest, by taking all possible precautionary measures.

(D)To facilitate the proper and smooth functioning of the comprehensive AMC, the contractor should have a local office in Jaipur, with competent technical/service personnel. In case any parts has to be taken outside Animal Husbandary office concerned for repair, then the same should be taken by a written request and issue of necessary gate pass. The contractor shall replace/return the parts within five working days.

(E)While handing over the DG set back to RSAMB/ANIMAL HUSBANDARY DEPARTMENT after the expiry of contract period, the contractor shall ensure that all the same is in good working condition except for the normal wear and tear.

The contractor shall produce the bills quarterly for payments with "working satisfactory reports", signed by concerned Animal Husbandry Officer. The detailed scope of CMC work is attached in Annexure -A attached.

Part-B2 (REPAIRING & SERVICING OF EXISTING WALK IN COLD ROOMS & THEN ANNUAL CMC WORK OF COLD ROOMS OF ANIMAL HUSBANDARY DEPARTMENT AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN RAJASTHAN)

Servicing of existing Modular Cold Room's(As per Annexure B) with cleaning of Condensing & Cooling Coils (Dry OR Wet type) whichever is suitable at site,checking all types of control & power wiring, Screws, Silicon filling in gaps/joints, Electrical Switch Gears & Refrigeration Controls,cam locks, with labour for replacement of defective parts/ components etc.(component cost payable as per scope of work) necessary for successful operation of cold rooms, complete in all respect with all tools & tackles etc as per satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of new hermetically Sealed Reciprocating Type Compressor in existing Modular Cold Room's Condensering Unit to make the unit operative (with removal of old damaged compressor).The Capacity of Compressor is 15000 BTU/H , operating Temp. range + 2˚C to + 8˚C ,operated on 230 V, 50 HZ / 415 V, 50 Hz (as per requirement at site)with fresh gas charging/top up if required.The contractor shall quote the rates after deducting the scrap rate of defective compressor. Preferred makes of COPLAND (CR 29 ) / TECUMFA OR equivalent as approved by Engineer in charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Temperature Controller with Box in existing Modular Cold Room with removal of old unit ,with temperature control range + 2˚C to + 8˚C of make DIXELL / DANFOSS / SUBZERO / CROY OR equivalent as approved by Engineer in charge.

Supply and Installation of high quality PVC Strip Curtain of 3mm thickness with 50% Overlap Type and SS hardware for existing cold room door of Size: 34" x 78",complete in all respect.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of IP 54 , axial type Fan unit (motor & blades) in existing Evaporator unit of cold room with removing of old unit , having minimum size 300 mm & Power Supply 240 V, 50Hz ,270 W, with thermal protector in the winding & Suction Type of makes:HI COOL / TRUEMAX / FAIWELL or equivalent as approved by Engineer in charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Replacement of axial type Fan unit (motor & blade) in existing Condensing Unit of cold room with removing of old unit having Outer Dia of Fan 400 to 500 mm & 270 W,operated on 240 V 50Hz & Discharge Type of makes: HI COOL / TRUEMAX / FAIWELL or equivalent as approved by Engineer in charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Cooling Coil in existing evaporator unit of cold room ,with removing of old coil. The high quality copper tubing with aluminium fins of Size 63" x 14" x 3R and Fins Spacing 8 to 10 FPI etc as required to make the unit in working condition as per satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of New Condensing Unit with Hermetically Sealed, Reciprocating Type Compressor in existing Modular Cold Room with Capacity of Compressor 15000 BTU/H, with all accessories like Condenser Coil, Fan, Outer Body, Electrical & Refrigeration Spares etc. with operating Temp. range +2˚C to + 8˚C. To be operated on 230 V, 50 HZ / 415 V, 50 Hz (As per cold room requirement at site) of make: CLIMATROL / BLUE STAR or equivalent as approved by Engineer in charge to make the cold room in working conditions etc as required complete in all respect.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of high quality Emergency alarm (Hooter) with Gang Boxes & panic Switch in the existing cold room for replacement of burnt/damaged alarm system to be operated on 240V complete in all respect.

Supply & Refilling of the Refringent R- 22 OR R - 407C , after performing leakage test with Nitrogen as per gas filling procedure ,in the existing cooling system of cold room of the required quantity as required ,to make the cooling system ready as per OEM requirement.

Providing Comprehensive Maintenance Contract work for keeping operative the existing cold rooms(operative temperature range +2˚C to + 8˚C ) of Animal Husbandary Department throughout the Rajasthan for ONE YEAR , with bi-monthly routine visit of sites as per conditions below:

(A) The contract is comprehensive , including all labour and all major- minor electrical & mechanical parts, consumables, wear & tear items, coils, relays, gas filling, lubricants etc. but it is excluding new Compressors, Evaporators . However, in case if any compressor fails, the contractor will have to immediately arrange a temporary standby compressor of the same capacity at his own cost till the original one gets repaired by him or purchase of new Compressor by department if the original one is beyond repairs, as certified by the RSAMB Engineer.

(B) Any lapse of the duty from the part of operation & maintenance as well as any damage of official equipment will be taken very seriously and the loss will be made good by the contractor.

(C)The contractor should have round the clock contact telephone numbers/Mobile numbers of its responsible persons. In case of any emergency, contractor and authorized engineer/supervisor should make themselves available at site on a short notice and make all efforts to make the situation normal at the earliest, by taking all possible precautionary measures.

The contractor shall produce the bills quarterly for payments with "working satisfactory reports", signed by concerned Animal Husbandry Officer. The detailed scope of CMC work is attached in Annexure -A attached.
