Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. i. On W.B.M @0.75kg/Sqm.

Providing and laying premix bituminous macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified in CPWD specifications and straight run bitumen of grade 80/100@4% be weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting mixed material and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density. i. 50mm compacted thickness. (Quarry).

Providing and laying 75mm thick, semi dense asphaltic base course using mineral aggregate satisfying the gradation set out in specifications with 5 percent binder content (by weight of total mix) with the aid of hot mix plant and paver finisher including rolling with toad roller of 8 to 10 tone capacity to achieve required compaction and density. i. 25mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @2% (percentage by weight of aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128kg of bitumen of grade 80/100 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60cum of fine aggregate per 100 Sqm of road surface rolling and finishing with road all complete.

Supply and stacking of graded stone aggregate at site of size range excluding carriage. (Quarry). i. 53mm to 22.4mm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 Graded Stone 20mm nominal size.) Crushed.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. Complete on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand). Tiles to be approved by Engineer-Incharge. i. Medium shade using 50% white cement and 50% ordinary cement.

Carriage of different materials from different source to actual site of work

i. Stone aggregate 90-45mm, 63-45mm, 53 to 22.4mm for avg. lead of 21Kms.

ii. Stone screening / moorum for 21 Kms.

iii. Crushed aggregate / Sand from Ganderbal avg. lead 20Kms.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5Mtr. in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5Mtr. Including disposal of excavated earth upto 1Mtr. from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in: All kinds of soil.

Providing and installation of 125KVA DG Set make Kirloskar / Mahindra / Cumins / TATA / Ashok Leyland / Grace. The item includes all accessories required as per site including 400AMP MCCB 4-Pole, 185 cable earthing etc. including all sorts of carriage, taxes, levies commissioning and maintenance for a period of six months. This item also includes de-installation of existing 40KVA DG Set and re-Installation of same in the premises of Divisional Office including construction of required PCC base, canopy (complete job). Providing and fixing of injector with flange (2kg/hr), rubber gasket and nut bolts for gaseous chlorination system at 4MGD WTP Pokhribal including cost of all materials, accessories, opening of existing assembly, stacking of serviceable parts and disposal of unserviceable parts and fixing of new components, including testing and commissioning all carriages, taxes etc. complete job.

Removal of old filter media (sand and gravel) manually by scrapping and removing layer wise with the help of rope and buckets carefully to ensure separation of different grades / gauges and stacking / dumping within an average lead of 100Mtrs, the job includes cleaning / rubbing the surface of filter media etc. as directed by Engineer Incharge complete job.

Supply of filter media (sand) at site including all carriages upto site of work from Ganderbal conforming to all specifications as per CPEEO manual approved by Engineer Incharge.

Washing / cleaning / sieving of filter media of all grades getting free from all dirt clay dust etc. The job includes stacking of serviceable cleaned filter media and to separate the different sizes for use in layers (measurements to be taken in finished form).

Laying of filter media in beds including cleaning of walls and ensuring proper thickness of gravel layers and leveling with safe packing ensuring no blockage of holes of the lateral drains including testing and safe commissioning complete.

Providing and fixing gang saw cut mirror polished (pre-moulded and pre-polished), machine cut for kitchen platform, vanity counters windows sills facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing curing moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. The sluice valves shall be of standard make (VAG, Kirloskar, Talis conforming ISI specifications including all sorts of carriage and fittings / flange joints if required at site complete job. The job shall be paid only after testing and successful commissioning on full water load and after providing test certificate.

Removing dry or oil bound distember water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness2mm of approved brand and manufacture, over the plasterd wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:

i. Two or more coats applied @1.25Ltr. 10Sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @0.75Ltr./Sqm

ii. Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @0.90ltr/10Sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75Ltr./10Sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

iii. Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @0.90Ltr/10Sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.80Ltr./10Sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Replacing of damaged butterfly valves of backwash / air system of 3 filter beds including dismantling the butterfly valves for refitting new butterfly valves as per site conditions. The new butterfly valves shall be standard make(VAG, Kirloskar, Tails) conforming ISI specifications including all sorts of carriage and fittings / flange joints if required at site complete job. The old butterfly valves to be delivered in divisional store complete job. The job shall be paid only after testing and successful commissioning on full water load and after providing test certificate.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS : 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia, and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately). Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) i. With floating glass panes of 4.0mm thickness (weight not less 10.00Kg/Sqm).

This item includes cost of lead, spun yarn and lead caulking, lead beating with insertion of spun yarn etc. The fittings should be leak proof and should be painted with Anticorrosive Red Oxide Primer and bituminous paint and including all carriages, leads lifts and cutting of pipes etc.
