BOQ (REPLACEMENT OF SAND BAGS, BRICK WORK, PLASTER WORK, ROOF REPAIR, CEILING, FLOORING AND CONNECTED WORKS IN TECH AREA AT AF STN SURATGARH)
Procurement of empty new PVC sand bags and filling the bags with and including tibba sand / approved earth (as approved by GE) from sources outside defence land for forming embankments / area filling including raising. Filling the bags with tibba sand / approved earth minimum 22 Kg in each bags, sealed the sand bags with 6mm nylon rope and stacking the bags up to 8.00 metre height by head load in such manner and arrangement as directed including taking down old cement bags, small bushes if any, and making the surface of required shape for sand bag complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: (i) Colour of Bag shall be approved by GE. (ii) Tibba sand / Earth required for the item, shall be supplied by contractor from out side MOD land of any lead at his own arrangement. (iii) All cost of procurement of earth/tibba sand including cost of transportation, compaction, royalties, tax etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.
Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc but excluding precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Serviceable bricks shall be stocked at site as directed
Brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan not exc 6m mean raidus built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan not exc 6m mean raidus (except brick) built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Servicable bricks retrived from serial item no.02 above shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old bricks.
Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bands etc like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered throating as directed incl form work (straight or curved) and finish all exposed surface facing of concrete , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Rough cast plaster over and including base coat of rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair on external surfaces of brick work , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint wheather proof (shade as approved) in camoflage pattern , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Preparation of old decorated surface (plastered or unplastered) and applying two coats of distemper (oil bound) white or tinted on wall, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Preparation of old decorated surface on walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion weather proof paint (shade as approved) in camoflage pattern, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling of AC corrugated, semi-corrugated sheets or fibre sheet in roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour for Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Designer type gypsum ceiling board / mineral fibre board of size 595 mm x 595 mm x 8 mm thick as in ceiling, fixed with screws on GI grid frame work of size 600mm x 600 mm, GI T-section of size 25mm x 25 mm x 1.25mm, GI L-section 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.25 mm, hanging arrangements with roof with GI wire not less than 2.00 mm dia, including applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion (of approve shade) after preparation of surface, including taking down existing ceiling board of any description complete as per manufactures instructions , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement morter bedding (but not backing ),and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
First quality, Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.
First quality, Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement paste of honey like consistancy and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0(12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick as flooring finished fair & even to receive top layer of flooring , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), including removal of rubbish in low lying area, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
50 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, laid in 1:30 slope as in plinth protection , surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: (i) Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in alternate bays not exceeding 3 mtr in length with joint of 6mm wide and 10mm deep shall be provide along the wall and bays and shall be filled with sealing compound grade 'B'. (ii) Cost of sealing compound is included in the unit rate of the item.

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates 75mm thick as in sub base flooring, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling of timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position as in Framed work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling of timber fillet, rails, post, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 Sqcm in section Framed work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and Fixing of rolled mild steel sections as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails, fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel, MS plate or flat sections), including distance pieces, cleats etc. including cutting, welding, riveting or fixing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Preparation of new or previously untreated surface of steel of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Preparation of new plaster or old decorated surface of walls and applying two coats of Birla/JK wall care putty (3mm thick) on wall including finishing the surface smooth using sand paper complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 15 of tender documents.
