Excavation in foundation by manual means in ordinary soil ( Loam, clay or sand) including lift up to 1.50 M and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches. As per S.I. No. 251.

Concrete in 1:4:8 with cement,fine sand and Stone ballast of 4cm guage including supply of all material,labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achive Clause 401

WBM Grading 3 (22.4-53 mm Stone ballast) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Consruction of un-reainfocement dowel joint at expansion and construction joit only cement concrete pavment thikness as per design over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per cluouse 150.2.2 M30 Grade coarse sand fine aggregate comfirming to IS:383 i/c all completion of work.

R.C.C work in 1:2:4 with cement,coarse sand and stone ballast of 2cm guage including supply of all material,labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work

Supply and fixing of mild steel bars for RCC work and angle for channel including supply of all material,labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

Applying Oil Bond distempering/ snowcem with primer coatincluding supply of all material ,labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work

Supply & fixing 6mm thick China glazed tiles with 1:3 cement coarse sand mortor including supply of all material,labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work

Supply and and laying 6 to 8 mm thick ivory or light shades vitrefied tiles 600x600 mm size in flooring and skirting with 1:3 approved cement and coarse sand mortar finished wih in its cement color slurry jointing and polished of approved quality complete i/c supplly of all material labour tools and plants etc required for proper completionn of work as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
