Carriage of 9/11/13 Mtrs. long ST pole from 132 KV Store Center Mathura to site of work through the Kacha and Pakka road including the work of its loading and unloading at the respective ends including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.(Distance 00-70 Kms.)

Carriage of Line material i.e. conductor, G.I. wire TPMO stay rod, disc insulator, cross arm, Angle channel and other required material from Store Center at 132 KV substation Mathura to the site of work including loading and unloading of material at both ends.

Replacement of damaged poles 8.5/9 Mtr. long PCC pole by digging of pits and dismantling of all accessories from the existing / damaged pole and erection of single new pole including fitting all accessories including the cost of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Cutting of CC Road for pole and stay by cutting of hard rock with the help of hydraulic machine as per direction of supervising engineer. It including the cost of all labour, T&P etc.

Chopping of Tree branches to Clear the 11 KV/33 KV line route to give 02 meter horizontal and vertical clearance to the line including cost of labour T&P etc.

Re-sagging of Lose AB Conductor as per direction of supervising engineer. It includes the cost of labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Re-sagging of Lose ACSR Weasel Conductor as per direction of supervising engineer. It includes the cost of labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Dismentling of Damaged/Old AB Conductor by opening of Jumphers and its binding and carraige to J.E. Store/ Store Center Mathura It includes the cost of labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Re-nuzzling of old stay set by opening old binding for better straightening of pole and re-sag the existing conductor of H.T/L.T line properly as per direction of supervising engineer.

Straightening of tilted pole structure on 8.5/9/11 Mtr. Long PCC/ST Pole at various places by straightening of pole including the cost of labour ,T&P charges required for proper completion of work (inside/outside village)

Removal/Dismantling of consumer’s cable service connection from existing line feeding consumer supply.

Re-installation of consumer’s cable service connection from existing line feeding consumer supply.

Providing Bamboo sticks suitable for 4 wire on the lade conductors it include the cost of bamboo sticks, binding wire labourer, T & P carrier etc. required for completion of work.

Replacement of Aliminium Cable 3.5x150,1x400,1x630 Sq. mm. on 250/400/630 KVA T/F

Replacemnt of Aliminium Lugs for 95 Sq. mm.

Replacemnt of Aliminium Lugs for 240 Sq. mm.

Replacemnt of Aliminium Lugs for 400 Sq. mm.

Replacemnt of Aliminium Lugs for 630 Sq. mm.

Earthing of poles by fixing earthing rods and binding with earth wire as per standard norms including cost of labour T&P and required material for such work.

Shielding of electric poles by covering and providing rubber pipe (matting) around the pole complete with pasting by solution & binding etc. Rubber pipe (matting) shall be provided from the bottom of the pole up to the minimum height 7" ft. required for safety purpose. It includes cost of all material T & P carriage and supervision charges required for proper completion of work.

Body Earthing of 250/400/630 KVA T/F by digging pits 6” dia up to 3 mtr deep including inserting lowering 80mm dia G.I. and insert 50mm G.I. pipe chemical filled pipe (Pipe in pipe earthing) I.S.I. Mark B-Grade connecting with G.I. Flat 50x6 mm Computer Earthing Point to 80mm dia G.I. pipe and filling of chemical mixture around the G.I. pipe up to 3mtr. Including making of chamber.

Guarding of 11 KV line by laying two nos. GI wire parallel and fixing of lacings (tilli) at a distance at 2-3 mtrs. As per direction of supervising engineer/RESPO manual. It includes the cost of labour T&P carriage etc required for proper completion.

Repairing of 11 KV Guarding to proper alignment of two nos. GI wire parallel and lacings (tilli) at a distance at 2-3 mtrs. As per RESPO manual. It includes the cost of labour T&P carriage etc required for proper completion.

Replacement of 11 KV/LT Jumphers with Insulated Wire.

Numbering of PCC/ST Pole by redium paint as per direction by supervising engineer.

Grouting of PCC/ST pole in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand and brick ballast as per standard norms, including cost of all grouting material.
