Excavation in foundations and trenches (for pipes and pits for other civil structures) upto all depths in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work and saturated soil and paved surfaces including bailing or pumping out of water, chiseling or wedging out of same where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking usable and unusable material/soil separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soil in 15 cm layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including cost of diversion of traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

In foundation, footings, basis of columns and the like and mass concrete in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies,beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level complete involving acomplete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1:5:3(1cement:1.5sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

In foundation, footings, basis of columns and the like and mass concrete in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Prov.form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frame 30 x 30 x 5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering,strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping & centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtr.& removal of same for insitu rainforced concrete and plain concrete work complete in all leads and lifrs and as per the directioin and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge :-

Foundation,footings,basis of columns etc. & mass concrete.

Flat surfaces such as soffits & suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like. Floor etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

For lintal,Beam girders,Plinth beam,bressumers and cantilevers.

Providing, Laying mild or tor steel reinforcement for RCC. Work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level Tor steel complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats)to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge..

Brick work using common burnt clay building brick in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) 2nd class brick complete all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

In super structure in CM 1:6

Half brick masonary 2nd class common burnt clay building bricks in super structure in cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4sand) in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Boulder/stone filling behind retaining wall/ under floor dry hand packed tightly compelete under lean concrete to prevent the entry of surface water with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

20mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of stone /brick masonry walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, in all girth chamfers and / or rounded angles and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of stone /brick masonry walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, in all girth chamfers and / or rounded angles and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and thick coat of link wash on top of wall when dry for bearing of RCC slab and bend in all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60mm thickness including hinges jumb lock jamb,beed and if reuired angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50X25 mm or base ties of 1.60 mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechanical means,adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with guards,lock strike plate and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretretment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Profile-A)

Providing second class deodar wood paneled glazed or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including bright finished black enameled iron butt hinges with necessary screws with second class deodar wood 40mm thick in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing wire gauge shutters using GMS wire guage of IS gauge designation 85 G with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors, windows & clerestory windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws.2nd class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing of M.S. grill of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc with M.S. Flat square or round wire with round heads bolts and nuts or by screw plain grill as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Pointing on brick work with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement 3 sand) Raised and cut pointing.

Proviidng and laying brick tiles over mumty roots grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 sand) over 12mm layer of cement morter 1:3 (1 cement 3 sand) and finishd neat in all leads and lifts.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3sand:6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including finishing of the top surface of concrete smooth in all leads and lifts.

Constructing course rubble hammer dressede 'U' shape open surface drain with side wall 15x22 cm in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) and inside plastering with cement plaster 1:3 (1cement:3sand) including earth work and laying 10 cmcement concrete in 1:5:10 (1cement:5sand:10 graded stone aggregate) of 40mm nominal size and 7.5 cmcement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and finished withfloating coat to neat cement complete as per standard design.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping ready mixed paint other than white.

Precast terrazzo tiles 20mm thick with marble chips of specified size) laid in floors, treads of steps and landings on a bad of 25mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) jointed with neatcement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required ) including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of following shades silver grey in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 80 mm thick C.C paver block M-.30 grade with approved color design and pattern.
