M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface with APP polymeric based water proofing membrane 3mm thick & weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm of approved make black finish consisting of a central core of high molecular high density polyethylene film (HMHDPF) & reinforced with non woven polyester matt of min 160 gm/sqm with a thermo fusible finish laid over a coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade conforming to IS 702 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over a coat of an bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.4 Ltr/Sqm over prepared roof surfaces, forcing overlap with a propane or butane gas torch with a overlap of 75mm at sides & 100mm at ends & sealing incl applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer complete as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as spd & directed. Note :- 1. Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicator only. 2. Bitumen primer, bitumen and membrane shall be of same make / manufacturer. 3. The APP Membrane to be inserted in the parapet wall/wall by cutting chases of atleast 65mm X 50mm size & making good in CM 1:3. (Note : Work will be done through approved applicator only).

M & L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on roof including wpc compound @200 ml per one bag of cement of 50 Kg cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Heat Rasistant Terrace Tiles (300 mmx300mmx 20mm) with SRI (Solar Refractive Index) >78, solar reflection>0.70 and initial emittance>0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150mm height along hte parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of primer over a coat of sanded prepared surface of wall care putti over prepared wall surface (old painted surface) prepared with sanding machine complete all as specified as following and directed:- (a) Preparing old painted surface Surface shall be prepared by scrapping and removing existing paint with Wall Sander (mechanical vacuum mechanism, not less than 1500 RPM, sanding pad of 80 Grit dia 7”- 9”) surface shall be even, free from dust, loose paint etc (b) Apply one coat of wall care putty (i) Waterproof cement based Putty shall be prepared electrical Putty mixer (min capacity 2.5 kg putty per minute). Putty shall be provided @ 1Kg (undiluted/powder) per Sqm with spray Machine (DC electric motor of 3.3 KW, flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 230 bar, maximum tip size 0.041). After puttied surface shall be allowed 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. (ii) Preparation of puttied wall surface Puttied wall surface shall be prepared by sanding with wall sander (mechanical vacuum mechanism not less than 1500 RPM with sanding pad of 240 Grit or above, dia 7”-9” to make the surface smooth, free from dust etc. (c) Apply one coat of acrylic waterbased interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10Sqm diluted as per manufacturer's instructions with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application (Electric motor min 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute with a pressure of 3300 PSI). Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface. (d) Apply two coats of Oil Bound Distemper ( rich matt finish) with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application having an electric motor of min 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Time interval between two successive coats shall be minimum one day to let the preceding coat dry properly. Second coat shall be applied in the same way as the first coat. (Note : Work will be done through approved applicator only).

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of external wall Putty of min 2mm thick uniform finish over a coat of emulsion primer including cleaning of paint stains on floor/window/joinery surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Work will be done through approved applicator only).

M & L for preparation of newly plastered external surface of walls including cornices/pillars etc. by brooming down and applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint on walls over a coat of primer over exterior wall care putty not less than 1mm thick including cleaning of paint stains on floor/window/joinery surfaces, complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Work will be done through approved applicator only).

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of primer over a coat of sanded prepared surface of wall care putty not less than 1mm thick over prepared ceiling surface prepared with sanding machine complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Work will be done through approved applicator only).

M&L for preparation of old surface ceiling by scraping manually applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of sanded prepared surface of wall care putty not less than 1mm thick over prepared ceiling surface (old painted surface) prepared with sanding machine complete all as specified as following and directed:- (Note : Work will be done through approved applicator only).

Impregnating cream for injection into masonry or concrete wall 230mm thick against capilary rising humidity. Rising bar complete all as secified and directed. Method of Appliction. Methodology. (a) The surface must be sound. absorbent, clean, free of dust, oil, paint, curing agents, loose cement or lime plaster & concrete, debris or any separation layer. (b) The plaster must be knocked off at least 50 cm beyond the visibly penetrated area. (c) Damaged mortar joints are to be scraped out to a depth of approximately 2-3 cm. All sharp edges/Joints need to be levelled. Loose concrete to be removed. (d) Drill boreholes at ground level horizontally. The bore holes are drilled horizontally into the masonry. (e) The holes should be drilled until a depth of approx 5 cm (for a 6mm thick wall) befor the end of the wall is reached. The boreholes should have a diameter of 12mm upto a maximum of 15mm and should be spaced approx 100 to 120mm apart and the vertical offset is 6cm max. (f) Before inserting Rising bar super strong or equivalent the boreholes must be cleaned from boring dust by using air pressure. It is not necessary to pre-wet the boreholes. (g) For applying the rising bar super strong or equivalent the dosing system inserted as fas as possible into the boreholes. While dosing the product uniformy, the injection nozzle is pulled out leading to a completely filled boreholes. (h) Treatment of highly absorbent masonry might require repeated filling of the boreholes. Dpending upon extent of damage. RisingBar Super Strong or equivalent can be re-injected in the same hole after 24 hours. Depending on absorbency, application or masonry thickness 0.1 to 0.15 litre/m with 10cm wall thickness. (Note : Work will be done through approved applicator only).

Providing and fixing of SMC Panel Tank ( ISI Marked- 14399) of the under mentioned size ( 3m x 3m x 1m ) and the capacity ( 9 kl) made out of HOT PRESS MOULDED SHEET MOULDING COMPOUND (SMC) Panels of size 1005mm x 1005m x 75mm . The flange should be perpendicular to the main surface. The shape should be Trunked Type for extra strength and 90 degree flanges predrilled for bolting. All the Flanges of the Panel should have 13 Nos. holes for fastening/joining the panels to one another. Hot Pressed Moulded SMC Pre Drilled Corner Pieces with built-in ribs of the size 75mm X 75 mm should be provided for 90 degree joints of tank walls or wall to base or wall to roof joints complete with galvanized iron nuts, bolts and washers. Special sealant having excellent UV Resistance as well as suitable for potable water, complete with Top Covered construction having Man-Hole with Cover of Dia 600mm and internal FRP Ladder. The internal dimension of the tank should not be less than 1m X 1m X1m and the minimum capacity of the tank should be 1000 Ltr. Complete as specified the direction of the Engineer .

Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel')

M & L for 50 mm upvc pipe fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. including short lengths, with all pipe fittings such as ends, elbows,Y Shape elbow ,unions, tees, reducing tees, adoptors, sockets, plugs, hose clips etc. and fixing to walls etc, complete with saddles (snap clips), wall clips, hooks,complete all as specified and directed.The work shall be carriedout in multistories bldgs upto 7th storeys and necessary sacffolding/safety measures be taken and no extra payments will be given for the scaffolding/safety measures.

S&F in repair vitreous china water closet pan orissa pattern long pan size 580mm x 440mm, white with integral foot rest "P" or 'S" trap front or back inlet (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) and removing rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specificed and directed.

PMM repairs (FOR PATCH REPAIRS) (Note : Work will be done through approved applicator only).

(a)25-30 mm average thickness ( in 2 layers) up to 8th floor level

(b)50-60 mm average thickness ( in 3 layers ) up to 8th floor level

PMM repairs at (a) and (b) above shall be done as per following methodology (From sub items (i) to (vi) below) (i) Chipping of plaster and unsound/weak concrete material till reinforcement bars are exposed, which enabls their rust removal vides item ii) below, from slabs, beams, and columns etc. with standard power driven percussion type or pneumatic chisel of standard make as directed by Engineer-incharge including tapering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities etc complete and disposal of debris up for all lifts and leads.

(ii) ) Rust removal by Providing and applying a combination of acid based material, corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents rust remover, for removal of all rust/ scales/corrosion from reinforcement bars before microconcreting or patch repair,It Shall be applied with brush for complete wetting of rusted metal surface at coverage of 2- 2.5 Sqm/ltr. & allow it to react for 16-24 hours. After 24 hours, a white layer will appear which will protect further corrosion of metal /steel for about 5-7 days. Before applying any protective coating, the surface should be wire brushed and thoroughly cleaned for dust with dry cloth.

(iii) Anticorrosive treatment by Providing and applying Nitozinc Primer an epoxy based zinc rich anti corrosive primer having adhesive bond strength ≥ 1.5 MPa as per ASTM D4541, & shall comply to per ASTM B-117 to be applied on well cleaned, fully exposed and all loose scale , rust free rust free surface obtained by grit blasting or suitable means , to be done with coverage @4.5sqm/litres to achieve a minimum thickness of 40microns DFT or as per direction of Engineer-In charge.

(iv) Epoxy bonding for Old concrete & New concrete by providing and applying bond coat on the prepared surface with two component epoxy based bonding coat having specific gravity 1.15 to 1.2 gm/cc, Compressive strength(BS 6319 Pt.2)- 50 Mpa at 7 days, Flexural strength strength(BS 6319 Pt.3)- 35 Mpa at 7 days, Tensile strength (BS 6319 Pt.7)- 20 Mpa at 7 days, Shear Strength (BS 6319 Pt.4)- 10 Mpa at 7 days, having an over lay time of 6 hrs and 30 ̊C. Bonding agent shall have coverage not less than 2.5sqm/litres. Laying of reinstatement polymer modified mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles. complete as per specification and as directed by Engg.-in-charge.

(v) PMM by providing and laying single component, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar over the tacky bond coat, that achieves Compressive strength (BS 1881 Pt.116) > 20 MPa at 1 day , > 45 Mpa at 28 days, Tensile Strength > 2.5MPa, Flexural Strength > 7Mpa at 28 days, Finishing the same with trowel carefully compacting the same around the rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface on the beams, slabs, piles etc., , complete in all aspect as per manufacture's methodology. Rates include cost of all labour, materials, Tools and Plants,propping, scaffolding, shuettering, safety arrangment, quality control, testing complete as per specifications and direction of engineer in charge.

(vi) Item rates of PMM 25 mm and PMM 50 mm (against items (a) and (b) respectively ) are inclusive of all materials, labour, tools and plants, propping, scaffolding, safety arrangement, quality control, testing and all items of works from i) to v) above quality control etc. complete in all respect, as per specifications and as directed by Engg.-in-charge. Work shall be complete only after proper wet curing has been done by contractor and surface has been evaluated for satisfactory quality by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument, and testing of PMM cubes filled up and cured by contractor during the application of PMM (75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28-day to be not less than 45 N/sqmm) in addition to NDT Testing as per under item of "Testing of works"

Rebar Fixing using Chemical Anchor up to 8th floor level Drilling suitable holes in reinforced cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 10D(D-Dia of Bar in mm) in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce new steel bars including fixing the steel bars in position using a two-component epoxy anchoring material, supplied in 3:1 ratio having compressive Strength (EN196) >110 MPa, Flexural Strength (EN196) >40MPa, E Modulus (EN196) 10,800 MPa. but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Note : Work will be done through approved applicator only).

MICROCONCRETING in Columns (for Repairs and Strengthening) up to 8th floor level Providing and applying a non shrink, polymer modified cementitious micro-concrete having compressive strength (BS 4551-80)-50 Mpa at 28 Days, Tensile strength- 2 Mpa @ 28 Days, Flexural Strength(BS 4551-80)-5 Mpa at 28 Days. product shall have A1 Class Fire Rating confirming to EN1504 cl 5.5, Thermal conductivity of 1.5W/m degree C. Micro Concrete can be applied in sections upto 100mm deep. Pouring the same into the formwork using suitable arrangement or if required using pumping device for uniform flow of micro concrete. Rate is inclusive of preparatory works from item i) to item v) below, rates also includes cost of materials labour, tools and plants, cost of shuttering & scaffolding, safety arrangement quality control and testing etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer.-in-charge. (Note : Work will be done through approved applicator only).

Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles. complete as per specification and as directed by Engg.-in-charge.

(v) Work will complete only after proper wet curing has been done and testing of Microconcrete cubes filled up and cured by contractor during column jacketing work (100 mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28-day to be not less than 45 N/sq.mm) and NDT tests mandated under item "Testing of works"

Pipe Penetration Treatment upto a floor 8 level: Providing and applying an epoxy bonding agent over the PVC and internal side of of concrete after rubbing it with emery paper/sandpaper and fixing hydroswellable waterbar supercast SW in the centre of depth of slab. Later Filling the pipe gap with a mixture of Portland cement, graded fillers and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state, leaving 20 mm * 20mm gap from the top all over the periphery, with all shuttering already in place. Later the gap shall be filled with two component epoxy mortar only after complete hydration of the prefilled grout, before treating the surface with Waterproofing layer. (Upto 100mm Dia). (Note : Work will be done through approved applicator only).

Screed to slope upto a floor 6 level: Laying PCC of M-15 grade to specified slope (min thickness at drain pipe 50 mm thick) mixed with approved water proofing compound (Integral waterproofing compound confirming to IS 2645). This includes making of coving at the wall-floor corners using same concrete. (Note : Work will be done through approved applicator only).

PLASTERING on ceiling and outer walls and other structuralal elements upto a floor 8 level over PMM/shotcrete repairs or otherwise as replaster as per details given under sub items (a), (b) and (c) below :-

(a) 6 to 10 mm thick cement plaster of in the ratio of 1 cement and 4 clean sand zone III added with Polymer SBR @2% of cement weight, on ceiling over PMM repairs, shotcrete repairs or as replaster of damaged plaster including preparation of surface by demarketing of PMM repaired surface in regular shape or removal of damaged plaster, direction of engineer in charge.

(b) 15mm thick cement plaster in the ratio of 1 cement to 5 sand added with Polymer SBR @2% of cement weight over outer walls, columns or beams either over repaired surfaces like PMM , Microconcrete etc. including preparatory works like roughening of surface where required as per direction of engineer-in-charge

(c) Note :- Rate quoted against this item vides sub items (a) and (b) above shall include all materials, labour, Tools and Plants, Scaffolding, safety arrangement and preparation of surface as mentioned vides (a) and (b) above complete in all respects as per specifications and direction of Engineer in charge. (Note : Work will be done through approved applicator only).

Waterpoofing of Wet area upto a floor 8 level : Wet areas/ Sunken area/Utility area/Balcony area waterproofing complete all as specified

Waterproof Coating: Providing and applying two coats of Brushbond RFX, high performance, elastomeric, acrylic polymer modified cementitious coating having a mixed density of 1.6 kg/cc to be applied by the applicators as approved by GE. Minimum recommended coverage is 0.5m2/per kg /2 coats to achieve a min DFT of 1mm. waterproof coating shall confirm to ASTM C-836, ASTM D 4541 & ASTM D 4060. Elastomeric cementious coating shall exhibit below properties: 1. Abrason resistance ASTM-D4060 : 0.85 , 2. Tensile strength as per ASTM D412 is 1N/mm2 3. Adhesion to concrete is greater than 1N/mm2 4.static crack accommodation ASTM-C836. min 1mm System include supply and application, all complete. Item shall include making of coving at all the wall-floor corners using 1:4 Cement Sand mortar admixed with water resistant polymer additive, & termination at 300mm above FFL by cutting of 10mm X 10mm chase and later filling with water resistant polymer additive admixed PMM. Size of coving may vary as per site conditions. Payment shall be made as per actual area of measurement. Rates are inclusive of cost of preparatory works vides item (i) and item (ii) below. Rates includes all materials, labour, tools, plents, safety arrangement, quality control and testing etc. complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer in charge.

(i) Coving: Opening up the corners of Wall-floor corners to a minimum 10mm *10mm groove, later cleaning the same using water, later filling the groove using 1:3 Cement Sand Mortar Admixed with water resistant polymer additive @ dosage of 10% by wt. of cement, followed by making of concave coving of size 40mm *40mm, including finishing, curing, all complete as per manufacturer's methodology.

(ii) Construction Joint & Crack Treatment: Chase open construction joints in v shape of 15mm x 15mm using suitable means, later cleaning the same using water jet and applying a bond coat of water resistant polymer additive mixed with cement and water in a ratio of 1:1:3(Water : Polymer : Cement), followed by filling of water resistant polymer additive admixed PMM in the groove, including, filling, finishing, curing all complete as per the direction of Engineer In-Charge. In case of structural cracks, injection grouting shall be carried out either using Cementitious Grout or Low viscous epoxy grout, depending upon the kind of cracks. In case of poor/weak construction joints, injection grouting at the CJ's should be carried out depending upon the joint characterstics and shall be paid separately.

Bore Packing upto a floor 7 level : Providing and applying an epoxy bonding agent over the PVC and internal side of of concrete after rubbing it with emery paper/sandpaper and fixing hydroswellable waterbar supercast SW20 in the centre of depth of slab. Later Filling the pipe gap with a mixture of Portland cement, graded fillers and chemical additives from the top all over the periphery, with all shuttering already in place, (Upto 100mm Dia).

Protection Plaster over water proofing layer: Providing and applying Cement plaster/screed of proportion 1:4 / 1:2:4 admixed with integral waterproofing & Corrosion resistant admixture as per ASTM G1, JISZ 1535 mixing @ 200ml/bag of cement. This shall include all champering , rounding off of corners, protusion and shall include shuttering cost or as per Engineer in-charge specification.

Note : Testing of Works: Apart from supervision and inspection of materials the Works would be tested by NDT methods; for this purpose 10 Rebound Hammer Tests and 10 UPV tests Tests would be conducted on PMM, Microconcrete and Shotcrete (Gunniting) works per block (on an average basis) would be conducted as per specifications of materials and applications as also the specifications of NDT tests and as directed by Engineer in charge. The cost of these tests shall be born by contactor and this cost is supposed to be built up in items of work above, no separate payment will be payable on this account.
