Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface dsr 13.111.1

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture dsr 13.62.1

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4).

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting etc. laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.
