Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in hard soil including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials with all leads and lifts T&P shoring & Shuttering if required etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering ramming, cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of materials and cost of labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Cement concrete(1:3:6) in foundation and plinth below the base course of flooring using 4cm size black hard hand broken granite stone metals of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering and curing etc.complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 6" thick including cost,conveyance,royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete.

Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) using Flyash Bricks of size 10"x5"x3" having crushing strength not lessthan 75 Kg/Cm2 in Foundation and Plinth after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in all floors with all necessary projection, cutting mlulding, corbelling, champering, watering and curing including cost conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour T&P required for the work etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

25mm damp proof course with cc (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite chips including laying concrete watering and curing etc.with cost,conveyance,royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete

Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) using Flyash Bricks of size 10" x 5" x 3" having crushing strength not lessthan 75 Kg/Cm2 in super structure after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in superstructure in all florrs with all necessary projection, cutting mlulding, corbelling, champering, watering and curing including cost conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour T&P required for the work etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

R.C.C.work of M25 having a minimum comprresive strength 250 kg/Cm2 of 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 20mm down grade size black hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting,lowering laying and compacting concrete by using vibrator with watering and curing for 28 days centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth including cost conveyance,royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc.complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S.Rods as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing HYSD bar reinforcement for R.C.C. work including Straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding, tying the grills, laying and placing in proper position as per approved design and drawing including cost, conveyance of 18 to 20 gauge binding wire cost and conveyance of HYSD bars complete in all respect as per specification for road & Bridge and direction of Eng - in Charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) with 12mm (1/2") size hard granite crusher broken chips including watering curing, cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of all materials labour with T&P required for the work etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing GCI sheets in roof including fixing of ridges and wind ties etc. complete but including cost of fitting, all labour, T&P etc.

Painting two coats with any approved paint to new wood/ iron work over a coat of primer including sand papering, polishing the surface, including cost conveyance and all taxes of all materials along with T&P required for the work including cost of paint & primer complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
