Providing and laying of extra copper pipe (3/4 and 1/2 inch) required for installation of air conditioner. Complete job includes copper bends, brazing, insulation and all other necessary items required for successful commissioning of the air conditioner. Complete job in all respects including cost of material, labour, carriage, taxes etc. LMR.

Providing and fitting of not less than 5 KVA Copper wound Voltage Stabilizer of range 90-240V. Complete job includes minor wiring, MCBs and repairing of wall damages if required while installing the above items. Complete job in all respects including cost of material, labour, carriage, taxes etc. LMR.

Providing and fitting of PVC drain pipe of suitable size and length as per site requirement by laying PVC pipe along the wall and making a common manifold for all air conditioners for proper draining of condensed water. PVC pipe should be properly clamped along the wall. Complete job includes taxes, material, transportation charges etc. Complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Minor electrification for newly installed split air conditioners by providing and fitting of 32 Amp MCB with box, 05 Nos. P/L of 4 sq.mm copper cable, 1.5 sq.mm 4 core communication wire and other allied items required for successful commissioning of air conditioners. All materials/devices should be of ISI make only. Complete job includes taxes, transportation, labour and material charges.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintaining it in serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. Complete job includes all sorts of charges.
