Repairs/Servicing to the Fire alarm system by checking the following as per the manufacturer specifications including replacing the unserviceable spares by engaging well experienced technicians from an authorized service centre all as directed at site. Note: Spares required shall be measured and paid separately. (a) servicing all detectors of system of any type smoke/heat detector, servicing with blower and cleaning completely, including checking wire (b)Servicing of Intelligent addressable manual call points, including checking wire (c)Conventional sounder (d)Servicing of Intelligent addressable bell control panel (e)Servicing of Power supply unit for the above.

Supply only the following items for replacing only serviceable item No.1 above:-

12 Volts, 7AH DC Battery set complete for backup of complete system

8-zone microprocessor for automatic fire alarm system with UL/LPCB/CE approved.

Repairs/ Servicing of hanger doors with necessary greasing and opening the motorised door mechanism of hanger door leaf, servicing /repairing the forward gear, backward gear, gear shaft, pinion, and replacing the worn out/unserviceable spares parts including checking/ maintenance of hanger door electrical panel board and reinstallation the same after repairs including replacement of necessary electrical connections from electrical panel board and checking the alignment bottom and rail for smooth movement of doors any unserviceable spares/ misc items with new one for the entire hanger door satisfactory working. The following major spares will be measured and paid separetly. Note :- All consumables like grease, cotton waste, nuts, bolts, washers, lugs etc are deemed to be included in the rate quoted

Taking down old unserviceable PVC Cable and Supply & fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 4 Sq. mm 4 Core nominal cross section in service connections along with replacement of corroded cable tray/bunching arrangement with suitable cable carriers, festoons etc as per existing capacity at site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking out motor from the base and re-winding of burnt 2 HP Cap 415 V, 3 phase motors of following capacities with new super enameled copper wire of same gauge and same number of turns as existing after thorough cleaning of stator body and rotor, applying insulating varnish, drying up by heating for improving insulation resistance, re-assembling the motor by replacing both end bearings, re-installing at it’s original position, connecting up, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed Make Kirloskar (For Hanger Doors)

M& L for Servicing of Washer Extractor 60 Kgs capacity of Make RAMSONS. Model RVWE-60 of high spin suspended , of stainless steel 304 grade, microprocessor controlled with moisture resistance screen, auto reverse automatic with pneumatic valves, front loading open pocket fully stainless steel die pressed door with inner cylinder and outer drum of stainless steel 304 grade complete with built in control panel & motor and replacement of unserviceable spares/ misc items with new one for following specifications :- Note: (i) The rated quoted by the contractor is deemed to be including all the Misc Items. Required major Spares required for completion of job satisfactorily measured and paid separately under respective items of the schedule (ii) All repairs/servicing /maintenance shall have to be carried out by the authorised service personnel

Model RV 4425-80 with vacuum ironing table, and steam pressing iron including connecting up and replacement of unserviceable spares/ misc items with new one for following specifications :- Note: (i) The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be including all the Misc Items.
