RequiredValid Electrical Contractor License or undertaking that they will either obtain valid electrical license at the time of execution of electrical work or associate the contractor having valid electrical license of appropriate class. (Undertaking Form Enclosed Annexure - II.).

RequiredAffidavit for non-execution of eligible similar work(s) through another contractor on back-to-back basis or subletting basis furnished on Rs. 100 Non-Judicial stamp paper attested by Notary. (Annexure-III)

RequiredUndertaking on Structural stability and soundness as per prescribed format Form C Mentioned in the NIT.

RequiredUndertaking from OEM of Lifts manufacturer (on their letter head) Annexure - IV .

RequiredBank Solvency Certificate OR Net worth Certificate certified by the Chartered Accountant with Unique Document Identification Number. In case of specialized agencies. And Lift manufacturer Or Cpwd enlistment certificate.

RequiredGST Registration Certificate of Maharashtra State, if already obtained by the bidder.If the bidder has not obtained GST registration certificate of Maharashtra State or as required by GST authorities, then bidder shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents. (Annexure - I)

RequiredERP training certificate issued through LMS of ERP taken by himself or his authorized representative. Training will be valid only when participants are registered with LMS (Learning Management System).
