Replacement of corroded roofing sheets and gutters of BWS at Jayant Project

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S. Sheet

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in: Channels, angles, tees and flats

Dismantling C.I. or asbestos rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead : 100 mm dia pipe

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.. In cement mortar

Providing and fixing 30 cm wide, 110 cm overall semi-circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x6mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connection with rain water pipes complete. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m².1 flat u shaped at every 1 mtr c/c. 2 flat at the bottom of same lengh, 2 flat at the ear of gutter of same lengh of gutter.

Fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets of length as desired by Engineer- in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/ m²

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer- in-charge. Providing of DWC/ PE (Earlier HDPE) Pipes of renowned manufacturer duly tested and inspected i/c transportation charges, transit insurance, loading/ unloading and stacking at site/ store etc, complete.150 mm/ 180 mm.
