Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Brick work in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for work in roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, surface channel of drains, bed plates, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Camouflage) applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Camouflage) applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wall surfaces and applying one coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Camouflage) applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old floor / hardstanding / pavers block / chequered tile surface and applying two coat of floor paint over a self priming coat as per folllowing working specification :- (a) Wash surface with a hose to remove loose dust and scrub with wire brush to remove algae/fungus and moss growth. (b) After diluting the emulsion with 30 to 40% water, applying a self priming coat. (c) Wait for 6 to 7 hours, then add two coats of floor coat emulsion after thinning with water to obtain brushable consistency. Make: Indigo or equivalent as approved by E-in-C.

S&F Camouflage vinyl wrap laid over Galvalume sheets, air bubble free with adhesive including surface preparation by removing dirt, dust or any type of residue suitable for curved surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Make: As approved by Engr-in-Charge / AGE(I)
