Paving the floor with Vitrified Marbonite tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Plastering with c.m 1: 4,( one cement ,four sand ) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to the site and all labour chargea etc complete -10M2

Supplying and erecting pull and push type rolling shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc., Manually operated ( up to 8m2 area)

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scribing clean remove of dire etc. complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc. complete as per standard specification

Painting two coats over new iron work with ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour including cost of all materials and labour charges, brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing of MS grills for doors, windows and ventilators as directed by departmental officers including cost of MS grills, red oxide primer one coat and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification

Suplying and fixing rigid PVC panelled door shutter made from M.S box section of size 19mm x 19mm,19guage covered with heat moulded PVC 5mm thick and width of 50mm to from styles and rails.The pael shall be 5mm thick PVC rigid foam sheet inserted into yhe frame sealed to the styles and rails and 5mm x 25mm PVC beading is provided on all sides with furniture fittings etc.,complete .43 PWD

Supplying and fixing in position of Indian type colour glazed water closet of size 23" with P or S trap and with foot rest and packing with brick broken jelly lime concrete 1:2:5, 100mm thick using 40mm brick jelly ISS gauge and finished to sludge out any leakage and default including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications

Laying Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement,two sand and four aggregates) using 20mm ISS Hard broken granite stone jelly for plain cement concrete works excluding cost of shuttering, and centering including all labour charges and incidental charges for cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, mixing and laying concrete finishing the surface nearly rough, compacting using vibrators, curing etc, complete complying with standard specification.(TNBP No.28)

Weathering course with concrete broken brick jelly 20mm size uniform gauge in pure slacked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.3 by volume well beaten with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jiggery water as per standard specification as directed by the departmental officers

Terrace flooring with hydraulic pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm laid in CM 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with red oxide to the full depth of tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification

SSupply and delivery and fixingof HDPE tank as per IS 12701 /1996 including loading, unloading,transportation and labour chargesfor fixing of the GI pipes andspecials for pipe connectionworks including cutting, threadingand fixing charges etc.,1000litre

Dismantling ,clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thick ness of wallsDismantling of Reinforced cement concrete
