Demolition of existing roof treatment of any description such as worn-out tar felt, debris, mortar of any description & any thickness, surface cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus, moss, dust etc. by wire brushing and dusting including disposal of debris out of MoD land then surface levelled with a layer of 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions and ensure water does not stand anywhere after Sprinkle water on the roof surface including Applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane with non–woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of weight not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm & thickness not less than 3mm, laid by torch application method with overlap 100mm on length side and 100mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS-3384) @ 0.30 Litre/Sqm complete all as specified. Note: (a)Water proofing treatment shall be provided with APP modified membrane on plastered surface as per manufacturer’s instructions and under strict supervision of manufacturer technical representative. (b) Manufacturer/approved agencies for APP modified membrane shall be as per approved list.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr and n.exc 1000 ltr, any description, setting aside for repair, cleaning etc and hoisting reconnecting and refixing in same or other position incl cleaning with bleaching powder removing scaling etc ,provn of new GI fittings, inlet/outlet washout, overflow pieces long nipples, checknuts & washer etc including writing date of cleaning with synthetic enemal paint of 100mm hight in DD/MM/YYYY pattern complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil. (Note:- Any damage occure to water supply pipe line/electric cable/existing drain/sewage line during excavation will be make good by the contractor up to satisfaction of Enggineer-in-charge withaout any extra cost

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends, binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends, binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work and concrete surfaces of wall/floor, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, mixing and including WPC @ 200ml/bag of cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed blocks including necessary form work, weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone/block masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast cement articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' burnt brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for unplasticized drainage pipe 200mm dia type "B" with wall thickness 4mm(min) of pressure rating 8 KN/sqm laid in trenches and jointed with cement solvent including testing complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in for 200mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for RCC structures including cutting of reinforcement as required to facilliate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Precast Cement Concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) , water troughs and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any description or in any position not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 2,600.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
