Supply of 6mtr GI OCTAGONAL continuously tapered (Bottom and Top dia of the pole not less than 130mm & 70mm respectively) Street Light Pole including Single Arm bracket upto 700 mm length and 60 mm dia suitable for Wind Velocity as per IS 875, fabricated out of 3mm thick High Tensile Steel Sheet /Plate in single section with rigid flange plate (250x250x12mm Thick min.) welded with the base of pole for fixing on foundation bolts for installation on a precast foundation including supply of 4 Nos. of foundation bolt (M24x750mm) and providing weather proof and vandal resistant door flush with the exterior surface containing a terminal plate of 5mm thick backalite sheet with stud type connector and DP MCB 6A, provision for earthing etc., complete as reqired.

Installation, testing & commissioning of 6 Mtr. Height Octagonal Street Light Pole with all accessories in RCC foundation with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) foundation of size 50x50x150 cm (120 cm below the ground and 30 cm above the ground) (or as per OEM's Standard which ever is better) including excavation and refilling, positioning of template and foundation bolts (supplied with pole to match with pole base plate) and providing and fixing of PE 63, PN 6, HDPE pipe of size 63 mm dia (2 pieces of each minimum 0.75 Mtr length) in the foundation for loop-in loop-out of the cable, numbering the pole etc., complete as required.

Supply of LED street light fitting with minimum 4400 lumens, efficacy ≥110 lm/watt, high power LED as Light source, inbuilt driver with aluminium/suitable alloy housing etc. as per tender specification for the proposed NDB approach road etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of LED street light fittings on the existing streetlight pole bracket, complete with all accessories including connection of lights as per site condition etc. as required.

Supply of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205, Part 24 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. complete as required. 50 mm dia (outer dia)

Laying of 50mm dia DWC pipe direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) in all types of soil including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. Complete as required

Supply of 4C X 16 Sq.mm XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured Aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 7098 part I 1988 with upto date amendments etc complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing HDPE/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4C X 16 sq.mm

Supplying and making end termination with aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4C X 16 sq.mm

Supplying,installation,testing and commissioning of Astronomical time switch capable of following output in feeder pillars / Lighting DBs for automatic switching On & OFF of street lights at sun set & sun rise or twilight(Auto ON, Auto OFF) with manual override facility with 12/24 hour display format with suitable battery and indication for relay status i/c programming at site suitable wiring shall be provided for the time switch etc. complete as required. 2 output per phase and suitable for single phase supply

Supplying,installation,testing and commissioning of 3Pole 32A contactor capable of feeding Lighting DBs for automatic switching On & OFF of street lights from timer output with suitable wiring etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing 32A rating Three pole, 415 volts, miniature circuit breaker (MCB) in the existing enclosure complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying,installation,testing and commissioning of 3Pole 32Amps, thermal magnetic release type MCCB having 10kA breaking capacity etc. complete as required.

SITC of Empty enclosures with floor mounting assembly for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies – General requirements” and IEC / EN 61439 (associated parts). The material of Construction is Thermoplastic Polycarbonate. Enclosure shall have Ingress Protection IP66/67 as per IEC / EN 60529. Enclosure shall have Impact Resistance IK08 as per IEC / EN 62262. Enclosure should be Halogen free as per (DIN/VDE 0472, Part 815):1. Enclosure (Bottom & Cover) shall be manufactured from a high-impact, corrosion resistant material; UV stabilized for outdoor use, and comply with UL-508. Flammability rating UL 746C 5".Enclosure shall maintain physical properties through overall long-term temperature range of -40°C to 80°C and short-term temperature range of -40°C to 120°C. Enclosure shall be free of rough corners, sharp edges or burrs. Enclosure cover screws shall be captive and made with the Polyamide material (PA6). Formed-in-place (FIP) polyurethane (PUR) gasket to be provided for high ingress protection. Enclosures should be Glow wire tested up to 960°C as per IEC 60695. Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia medium class G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. Thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing, laying 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in ground in existing trench (50 cm deep) and re-filling etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe with charcoal/ coke and salt etc. as required.
