SCHEDULE 'A' PART I Outsourcing of manpower for manning and operation of Sluice Valves of Over Head Reservoir in Jadunath Enclave and 235 Engr Regt in two shifts with One Valveman ( Semi- Skilled) / Per Shift (Each shift of 8 Hours continuous duration) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: The total sum of the quoted rates of sub items 1.01, 1.02, 1.03 , 1.04 ,1.05 & 1.06 shall be considered as the quoted rate for this main item No. 1.00 during payment.) (Refer also note on Annexure 'A' to schedule 'A' Notes)

Basic rate for one Valveman ( Semi- Skilled) Note:- (i) If the quoted rate is lower than the prevailing minimum rate as on the bid submission end date then the bid shall be treated as non bonafide and it shall not be considered for acceptance. (ii) Payment shall only be made after submission of valid and authentic documents in support of proof of payment.

Employer's contribution towards Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) for one Valveman ( Semi- Skilled) Note:- (i) If the quoted rate is lower than the prevailing minimum rate as on the bid submission end date then the bid shall be treated as non bonafide and it shall not be considered for acceptance. (ii) Payment shall only be made after submission of valid and authentic documents in support of proof of payment.

Contractor's overhead and profit for one Valveman ( Semi- Skilled) Note:- Quotation with ‘Nil’ or ‘Zero’ consideration (overhead profit) shall be considered non bonafide.

Labour welfare cess (LWC) for one Valveman ( Semi- Skilled) on serial item No.1.01 ,1.02 , 1.03 & 1.04 Note:- (i) If the quoted rate is lower than the prevailing minimum rate as on the bid submission end date then the bid shall be treated as non bonafide and it shall not be considered for acceptance.

Goods and Service Tax (GST) for one Valveman ( Semi- Skilled) on serial item No.1.01 ,1.02 , 1.03 ,1.04 & 1.05

Supply only steel distance piece suitable for centrifugal pumping set capacity of 25HP. Make :- Kirloskar

Supply only gland plates with studs / eye bolt suitable for centrifugal pumping set capacity of 25HP. Make :- Kirloskar

Supply only carbon steel shaft high tensile strength with key suitable for centrifugal pumping set capacity of 25HP. Make :- Kirloskar

Supply only cast iron impeller suitable for centrifugal pumping set capacity of 25HP . Make :- Kirloskar

Supply only brass / gun metal bush DE & NDE suitable for centrifugal pumping set capacity of 25HP . Make :- Kirloskar

Supply only ball bearing No. 6310 ZZ C3 Make :- SKF/NBC.

Supply only super enameled copper winding wire for rewinding the electric motors ISI Marked . Make :- As per sample approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only oil imeressed graphite gland packing of various sizes of superior quality as per requirement.Make - Champion

Supply only leather buffalow superior quality as per sample .

Taking out CI foot valve of size 100mm from jack well /sump and fixing the same in original positions after fixing Leather buffalow, nut bolts & oil imeressed graphite gland packing of required sizes of superior quality complete all as required at site.

Supply and fixing stain less steel spindle including check nut of sluice valve 200 mm dia including nuts, bolts, washers and rubber sheet of 03 mm thick after taking out the unserviceable spindle by opening the top of sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stain less steel spindle including check nut of sluice valve 150 mm dia including nuts, bolts, washers and rubber sheetof 03 mm thick after taking out the unserviceable spindle by opening the top of sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stain less steel spindle including check nut of sluice valve 100 mm dia including nuts, bolts, washers and rubber sheet of 03 mm thick after taking out the unserviceable spindle by opening the top of sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement energy efficient LED street light fitting of 60 Watt including No. of LED bulbs as per manufacturers instructions for lighting of 60 watt , epoxy powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing to act as heat sink for efficient dissipation of heat and toughened glass with IP 66 degree of protection, system luminous efficency more than 100 lumens / watt individual LED's should have lenses for better throw across and along road, PF>0.9 with voltage range 140 to 270 Volt, fitting should be provided wih inbuilt 10 KV minimum surge protection, short circuit and over voltage protection facility for Driver and fiiting including making electrical connection complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed by Engineer in charge.
