The Intending bidder should have executed the following minimum quantities in any one financial year from previous 5 financial years FY (2020-21 to 2024-25) EWE/EMB in m3-8383.15,WMM/WBM/GSB in m3-3407.28, CC M20 above in m3-3189.42.

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the Contract Value), as prime contractor of similar nature of work such as construction/ improvements of cc road of value not less than Rs. 199.12 lakhs in last 5 years ie 2020-21 to 2024-25. An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the present price level. The work done certificate should be obtained from competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent in case of Government under taking.

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate availability of the following key and critical equipment for this work by owning /Lease. The tenderer should furnish the documents such as RC, purchase bill, lease/Hire agreement etc., in support and any other machineries required for the satisfactorily completion of the work within the scheduled period. The intending bidder should have in the last financial years I.e 2020,21 to 2024,25 achieved in at least two financial years minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering works only usually not less than the amount of Rs.796.48lakhs .audited balance sheets profit and loss statement certified by the chartered accountant of two financial years in which required turnover should be achieved along with IT returns filed for the said years with UDIN are to be uploaded. An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to bring it to the present price level. NoteThe certificates without UDINwill be rejected.

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than the amount of Rs.199.12 lakhs(Credit lines / letter of credit / certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc should be in the name of the above Tendered work vide Section 10 Annexure D in Bid Document)
