3-STEPPED STEEL TUBULAR POLE (WITH PRE CAST FOUNDATION)

Supply and erection of 3-Stepped steel tubular swaged and welded pole (410-SP Mpa) of suitable length confirming to IS: 2713- (PART-II)-1980 (Steel tubes confirming to IS: 1161-1979, UTS 42 kgf/ Sq.mm) to fix on Precast RCC Column of Suitable Dimensions.The bottom section shall have openable slot with exterior surface door & shall have suitable locking arrangement for housing three phase 4wire cable connection, bakelite sheet, MCB, loop in and out arrangement for incoming/ outgoing cables. There shall be suitable arrangement for earthing. Rigid Base plate of suitable size and thickness shall be welded inside and outside at the bottom of pole with provision for fixing 4 foundation bolts. The Steel tubular pole shall be bolted on a pre- cast foundation with a set of four foundation bolts for greater rigidity. The foundation shall be erected over cement concrete M20 with steel of given size as per design of original pole manufacturer to fixed up to a required planting depth below ground level including painting of pole with two coats of approved aluminium paint as required:-

Overall length 7 metre, length of sections 4 metre, 1.5 metre and 1.5 metre (Bottom, Middle and Top respectively), Outer dia and thickness of sections 114.3mm x 4.5mm, 88.9mm x 4.05mm and 76.1mm x 3.25mm (Bottom, Middle and Top respectively) with approximate weight 73 kg. (410 SP-2) .Foundation size below G/L 550mm x 550mm x 1400mm, 4Nos. Foundation Bolts size 20mm dia., Length≥700mm with Base Plate Dimensions 240mm x 240mm x 16mm Thick (approx.weight 7.235 kg)

SINGLE/ DOUBLE/ TRIPLE/ FOUR/ SIX ARMS BRACKET FOR STEEL TUBULAR POLE:

Supply and erection of G.I. Pipe 50mm dia. (Medium) Single/ Double/ Triple arm bracket of suitable length welded with MS canopy 80mm inner dia., outer dia 89.5mm (Medium), 450mm long suitable for 3 stepped steel tubular swaged and welded pole with top outer section dia. 76.1mm. The MS canopy should have 3no. holes for fixing the bracket at the top end of the pole with the help of 3Nos. ½" x 1½" size nut bolt fully threaded. The bracket should have MS sheet (1.62mm thick) ring of 89.5mm dia. for covering the top end of the canopy. The MS canopy and GI bracket should be welded at tentative angle 105º (105 degree) inclination with MS sheet 5mm thick triangular in shape having dimensions 225/300/375mm x 150mm x 5mm thick (225mm for 1.5m, 300mm for 2m & 375mm for 2.5m long bracket) with two coats of an approved aluminium paint as desired by Engineer-in-charge at site:-

Supply and erection of bracket for galvanized octagonal pole, the bracket should be fixed on the top of the pole having top outer dia. 70mm to 90mm (A/F) complete in all respect as approved by the Engineer-in-charge at site:-

XLPE INSULATED UN-ARMOURED CABLES (LOOSE):

Supply, laying and erection of aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Un-armoured and served cable 1100 volts grade as per IS 7098 (Part-1)1988 to be laid loose in the existing trench or pipe as per PWD General Specifications:-

Supply and erection of Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (Panel mounting Cubical type) in the existing Cubical Panel (confirm to IEC:60947-2) having Ics=100% Icu, 100% neutral with spreader links and relevant PWD general specifications complete with G.I. Bolts, Nuts & Connection on both sides of MCCB with suitable size of thimbles etc:-

SHEET METAL DOUBLE DOOR DISTRIBUTION BOARD FOR MCB's/ RCBO's/ RCCB's:

Supply and erection of sheet metal Double Door Distribution Boards IP 43- IK09 metal door (dust protected) as per IS 8623-1&3, IEC 61439-1&3 suitable for flush mounting with fully insulated copper busbars, shrouded neutral bars, earth bars, cement spill protector, color- coded interconnecting wire set, cable ties, blanking plates and circuit identifications label and of required no. of ways for mounting miniature circuit breakers/ RCBO's/ RCCB's in the distribution board (For SP&N distribution board with provision DP MCB's/ RCCB's/ RCBO's as incomer and SP MCB's as outgoings and for TP&N horizontal distribution board with provision TPN/ FP MCB's/ RCCB's/ RCBO's as incomer and SP MCB's as outgoings) as per PWD General specifications including connectionswith suitable size of thimbles and bonding to existing earth etc:-

Supply and erection of Miniature Circuit Breaker MCB's for circuit protection against overload and short circuit current fault suitable for 240/ 415 volts 50cycles AC supply with breaking capacity of 10kA, Curve-C and low watt losses as per IS/IEC 60898-1, energy limitation class-3, true contact indication, label holder facility in the existing MCB distribution board as per PWD General Specifications including connections with suitable size of thimbles/lugs:-

Earthing earth rod 20 mm dia for providing earth connections upto line earth with G.I. Wire 8 S.W.G. (4mm dia.). The rod shall be tapered at one end and flatted on other end. The hole size 10mm dia shall be drilled on the flatened side for facilitating connection with G.I. wire and thimble etc. The rod shall be erected in ground upto complete length vertically:-

Besides this the lighting fixtures manufacturers should have in house NABL accredited lab.
