Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220):- (a) Removing unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI Pipe tightening the complete charpoy i.e loose check nuts, elbows, long rail, short rails and S&F of new ply wood of size 1980 x 920mmx 2mm thick of kit ply/national ply wood on top with galvanished iron nuts and bolts 6mm dia of 70mm long total 10 nos with washer on underside before tightening the nuts including provision of check nuts, ply wood shall be supported on and including one No. stiffener made out of 40x6mm flat iron welded at center of the charpoy, complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

(b) Removing old unserviceable ply wood from charpoy GI pipe tightening the complete i.e. loose chuck nut, elbow, long rail , short rail and S&F of new ply wood of size 1980 x 920mm x 12mm thick of kit ply/national ply wood on top with galvanished iron nuts and bolts 6mm dia of 70mm long total 10 nos with washer on underside before tightening the nuts including provision of check nut, complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

(c) Dismantling by unscrewing old existing long rail from the existing frame of charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing of long rail 32 mm nominal bore (medium grade) including threading on both ends with fittings in the frame, complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed. Make : TATA/Jindal /surya prakash.

(d) Dismantling by unscrewing unserviceable, existing short rail and cutting the old GI Pipe as retrieved from item ser No 109 here in before to required size of short rail of charpoy GI pipe and threading at both ends and fitting the frame, complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

(e) Cutting the existing old GI pipe as retrieved from item ser No 109 & 110 here in before to the required size of legs of charpoy GI Pipe and threading at one end and providing a cap on other end & fitting to the frame, complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

(f) Supply and fixing elbow 32 mm bore three way medium grade ISI marked to the frame of charpoy GI pipe including taking out unserviceable old existing cracked/broken elbow, complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

(g) S & F of 32 mm bore check nut to the frame of charpoy GI pipe of medium grade ISI marked including taking out unserviceable old existing cracked/broken check nuts, complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

(h) Supply and Fixing of GI caps to 32 mm bore legs of charpoy including taking out cracked/broken GI caps, complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

Chair Revolving for computer (TP): - (a) Removing old unserviceable seat of chair computer and S & F new seat duly covered with tepestry cloth all as per trade practice and original shape, complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

(b) Removing old unserviceable back of chair computer and S & F of new back duly covered with tepestry cloth all as per trade practice and original shape, complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

(c) S & F in repair bottom sheet of size 485 x 920mm made out of 1mm thick MS sheet, complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

(d) Removing old unserviceable locking assembly and S&F of new locking assembly complete with handle, lock, lock plate etc, complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

Running welding in repair to steel furniture by removing bends, broken members shall be welded to existing place, welded portion shall be finished by grinding, rubbing and shall be applied with one coat of synthetic enamel paint to match with existing surface after preparation of surface over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Chair Verandah (FD-259/333):- Removing of unserviceable old cane plastic from chair verandah and Re- canning of chair verandah with 4mm thick new cane plastic half round with mat pattern after applying one coat of white paint and 4 Nos PVC cap to chair verandah, complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.
