Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202. Removal Of Existing Bed Level Causeway- For PCC

Earthwork excavation in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20B, including cost of all labour, equipments and all incidental charges such as baling our water, providing and maintaining necessary cofferdams, sheeting, shoring bracing and their subsequent removal, removal of all logs, stumps, grubs and other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming bottom of excavation backfilling, and clearing the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per relevant standard specification for DRESSING THE BED UP TO SILL LEVEL.

Providing and fixing Seepage Pipes of 100 mm dia. PVC pipes of required lengths for abutments and wings including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, cost and labour for 900 mm Dia. Semi spherical back fill arrangements with 100 mm. size broken granite chips at the periphery and labour charges for fixing, etc., to drain of the BACKFILL IN BETWEEN THE ABUTMENTS AND RETURNS.

Providing and Fixing Kraft Paper for full width of seating of deck slab and including cost and conveyance to work site Labour for fixing the same in correct position and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing Filter Media behind the abutments and wings with clean III graded material 53mm to 5.6mm to 600mm thick and well compacted in layers with smaller sized towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall including cost and conveyance to work site including all labours and other incidental charges including hire charges for tools and plants employed etc., for filter media as per MOST's (Roads Wing) specifications for Roads and Bridges "Fourth Revision Cl. 309-3-2-13 and 305 -4-4 etc., complete.

Filling behind Abutments and wings with clean gritty Gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel to worksite, laying, handling charges and filling in layers, tamping under optimum moisture content to get the maximum density including watering with all leads for water and all other incidental charges etc., complete for Filling Behind the Abutment and Wings.

Supplying & Fixing 300 mm wide PVC Expansion joint in the 20 mm expansion gap provided in between Decks over Piers and in between deck and dirt wall over abutment as shown in the drawing including cost & conveyance of expansion joints including Shalimar Pad and Joint sealant etc., complete.

Providing and fixing of G.I Drainage Spouts 100mm dia as per GOI drawing SD/205 with grating arrangements at top as shown in the drawing and 100mm dia drainage spout projecting atleast 300 mm beyond the bottom of deck slab as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyance of Galvanised iron pipes and flats and fixing them in position etc,complete as per cl 2705 of MORT & H specification (V Revision).

Supply and Fabrication of High Yield Strength Deformed Bar with Grade Designation Fe.500, conforming to IS:1786 2008, steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule cost of steel at site fabrication labour charges for cleaning, bending tying grills, including overlapping to the required length whenever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., complete, Fe.500 grade.

Approach Road

Excavation including removal and satisfactory disposal of all materials necessary for the construction of road way and side drains in accordance with specifications and the lines, grades and cross sections shown in the drawings or as indicated by the Engineer using the carted earth with a lead of 2km for Formation.

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of Gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp for Base-Course and Side Berms.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20% & 2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%) & (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix - in - place method).

Providing and laying 75mm Compacted thick WBM Grade II using 1 cum of 75mm to 22.4mm IRC HBG metal and 0.24 cum of Gravel for blindage for 10 Sqm. of 75mm compacted thick (the blindage material shall have PI value less than 6%) including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry to work site and stacking to departmental gauge for pre-measurement as directed by the departmental officers including labour for spreading metal and gravel hand packing to camber and grade lines blinding with required quantity of gravel, forming edge bunds, watering with all leads for good water slurrying, rolling and consolidation by power roller and finishing as per MOST 404 (III revision) including hire and fuel charges for power roller and water sprinkler and all other tools and plants employed therefore and all incidental charges etc., complete for BOTTOM LAYER.

Providing and laying of Prime Coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of Bitumen Emulsion RS-1 for 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing and laying Open Graded Premix Carpet of 20mm compacted thick using 0.18cum of 13.20mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips and 0.09 cum of 11.20mm IRC HBG machine crushed chips with 14.60Kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm. of premix carpet including laying of seal coat 'A' over the premix carpet using 0.09 cum of 6.70mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips with 9.80Kg of bitumen per 10 Sqm. including cost and conveyance of chips and stacking them to departmental gauge for pre-measurements including cost of bitumen which will be supplied by the department at departmental section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including heating the bitumen and metal mixing the materials in mini hot mix plant for premix carpet including spreading the same and finishing and compacting the same by power rolling to the specified lines and grades including all labour charges application of bitumen for seal coat over the premix carpet and spreading the seal coat and power roller rolling separately as per MOST specification 509 and 513 (III revision) including all labour charges hire and fuel charges for mini hot mix plant, power roller 80-100KN capacity and all other tools and plants employed therefore etc.com.

Diversion Road
