Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth , for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cables etc. n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed at site.

Supply, fixing and testing after jointing Cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor type termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminum cable of size 95 sqm 3 core.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm

Supply, laying, jointing and testing complete for Under ground XLPE insulated, screwed, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade earthed system of size 95 Sqmm 3 core confirming to IS laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipesor along the pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 5 of MES SSR part-I(1991) (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 40 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing.

Repairs/overhauling to 11KV HT control Panels complete in and including the following repair works :- (a)Taking out 11KV High Tension VCBs/OCBs of 300Amps to 800 Amps rating trolley from High Tension control Panel after switching off electric supply.Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of High Tension Vacume Circuit Breakers trolley including opening the VCB & checking the quality of vacume bottles/links , & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the VCB including connection to HT panel complete and refixing the same after repair complete all as directed. (b). Taking out existing relay set from high tension of any type and size, 11KV, VCB control panel and cleaning the contact (NO+NC) by CTC solution and adjust the contact and calibration the relay by giving the primary and secondry injection and checking the tripping system by relay testing kit for over current and earth fault & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in High Tension control panels complete all as specified and directed by EIC .Note:- Testing of above job to be carried out by Authorized commisioning Engineer (b) spare parts to be replaced shall be measured & paid separately under the relevent items as supply only.

Supply only Fixed contact block of VCB 630 Amps, 11 KV including taking down old material

Supply only support insulator (75mm dia) of VCB 630 Amps, 11 KV.

Supply only auxiliary switch (6NO + 6NC) of VCB 630 Amps, 11 KV.

Supply only solenoid closing coil 110 v DC, suitable for type V 207G VCB 630 A VMX Breaker.

Repairs/overhauling to 11KV HT RMUs complete in and including the following repair works :- (a) Checking & testing of Load break mechanisim and Isolator Mechanisim of 11KV High Tension RMUs of 300Amps to 800 Amps ratings after switching off electric supply.Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of all movement of High Tension Ring main units & servicing of all moving parts & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the RMU mechanisim after repair complete all as directed. Disconnecting and taking down faulty / defective aluminium / copper wound transformer of capacity up to 750 KVA ratio 11 KV / 0. 433 or 0.415 KV from 2/4 pole structure or sub station in Jaisalmer/chandan air force stn and transporting & depositing to AGE E/M AF Jaisalmer or as directed by the Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Transporting of aluminium / copper wound transformer of capacity up to 750 KVA, ratio 11 KV / 0.433 or 0.415 KV from AGE E/M (AF) Jaisalmer yard to any sub station located in Jaisalmer/Chandan and connecting the same electrically and earthing complete

Transporting faulty / defective transformer rating upto 750 KVA ratio 11 KV / 0.433 or 0.415 KV to contractor workshop from AGE E/M (AF) Jaisalmer and opening the top cover of transformer, carrying out of the followings works / repairs/maintenance and transporting back :- (a) Taking out the transformer oil from transformer into seperate container barrel. (b) Taking out the core / coil assembly of transformer. (c ) Cleaning of transformer inside by used transformer oil. (d) Re-fixing the core/coil in transformer including heating up of transformer core assembly to remove moisture after carrying out the repair as required in respective serials of Sch 'A' items. (e) Replacement the rubberised gasket set for top cover, spindles, HT / LT bushing etc. as required Note :- i) All labour costs are included in this serial. In case of replacement of LV / HV bushing / spindles / rewinding of HV / LV coils / top changer etc will be paid separately under respective serial. (ii) Filtration / centrifuging of usable transformer oil to remove moisture and suspended dust particles to be measured & paid for separately. (iii) Topping of transformer oil (if required) will paid under respective item. (f) Refilling of the removed transformer oil after heating up for removal of moisture. (g) Re-fixing of the transformer top cover with nuts, bolts and washers (h) Testing of transformer Complete.

Repairs / reconditioning of LV leg coil aluminium / copper for transformer of capacity up 750 KVA to be done only in case where only insulation is damaged and conductor strip is intact i.e. not deformed. This work will involve valve all turns of leg coil to be reconditioned removing complete insulation from conductor strip, cleaning of conductor, wrapping of conductor with fresh DPC insulation and remaking of LV leg coils with reconditioned strip for use in transformer under repairs complete all as directed by EIC.

Repairs / reconditioning of HV leg coil aluminium / copper for transformer of capacity upto 750 KVA including insulation, varnishing by vaccum impregnation and backing of coil assembly complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply only , LV leg coil of aluminum conductor for transformer of capacity upto 750 KVA complete with insulation, varnishing by vaccum impregnation and baking of coil assembly, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Opening the top cover (in case of replacement of HT/LT spindle and bushing for arresting leakage) and taking out transformer oil as required and S&F rubberised synthetic gasket for top cover, LT terminal box, LV / HV bushings, spindles etc suitable for transformer of rating upto 750 KVA all as specified and directed. Note:- In case replacement bushing / spindle will be paid as supply only.

Repairs to tap changer switch including replacement of unserviceable parts such as bakelite sheet, connecting rod with nuts, bolts and washers, HV lead duly taped, provision of glass sleeve of required size & length including necessary welding works for transformer of capacity upto 750 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only, tap changer switch complete with handle for transformer of capacity upto 750 KVA.

M&L for painting of Distribution transformer of capacity upto 50 KVA to 750 KVA with two coats of smoke synthetic enamel paint (colour/shed decided by GE) externally after necessary preparation to surfaces including numbering SM/MES No. with white paint, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the old unsv HT cable after disconnecting from over head line and panel rated voltage of 11000 Volts from trenches, pole etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for relaying of old existing cable retrived from the same after, jointing or necessary repair work and testing XLPE insulated PVC outer seathed and PVC inner sheath, galvanised steel strips armoured, and reconnecting the cable from over head line and panel suitable for rated voltage of 11000 Volts grade Earthed system of size 95/120 sqmm 3 Core and laid in treches/ducts/pipe or on read/pole all as required and directed at site. Note: excavation and earth work joints will be measured and paid seprately

Providing the cable fault locating Machine with necessary T&P at site for locating exact pin point of fault along with the length of armourd 6.6 /11 KV XLPE/PILCA insulated HT cable complete all as required and directed at site

Supply and fixing in replacement feeder pillers box factory made -out door type made out of MS sheet (CRCA) of thickness not less that 3 mm. of size 150x65x90cm with copper bus bar strip 3 Nos of size 130 cm in length 4 cm in width and 05mm in thickness suitable for 11000 volt mounted on HT porcelain insulator front opening door two leaf braced with hinged, mounted on 4 Nos of angle iron 50x50 mm duly welded with box and grouted in PCC block of size 30cmx30cmx 15cm in concrete 1: 3 : 6. Top of box MS sheet duly bent in/slope, tapper with projection of 30 mm on all side, weather/vermin proof with high quality of rubber beeding on panel door, cable entry arrangements at bottom includes earthing terminals 2 Nos at both side and painted with smoke grey stove enameled paint 2 coat over a primer coat all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out existing PCC/steel tubular LT electric poles of any length including breaking of cement concrete, necessary excavation and earth work, dismantling cross arms, M.S. clamps, insulators etc and carefully taking down existing over head conductors.

Supply and erecting steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug , bolts Nuts & screws complete all as specified type 410SP 31 of 9 mtr long including painting of pole with one coat red oxide primer & two coats of aluminum paint & emebeded portion shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint all as specified in IS with following specifications:- (i) Excavation in trenches in any types of soil ,returning filling in & well ramming including watering and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the starting points. (ii PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation bedding of size 600x600mm, 200mm base all as specified and directed . M&L for cutting of black top cover of existing road upto 0.6 mtr depth and upto 45cm wide for laying of UG cable and pipe line, refilling and making good after laying UG cable and pipe line with PCC 1:3:6 upto 3-cm from top of the road surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in-charge

M&L for Preperation of surface of RCC LT/HT poles and painting with one coat synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5m height in blue and white colour alternate strips each of 30cm wide all as specified and directed by EIC

Material and labour for painting to four pole structure made up using steel tubular pole/Rail Pole, of HT/ LT over head line and all MS clamps, cross arm work on poles with one coat of superior aluminium paint including necessary preparation of surfaces and painting of alternate strip with white and blue for LT and HT poles, synthetic enamelled paint strip 05 Nos each of 30 cm height up to 1.5mtr above PCC benching/coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

Material and labour for painting to all iron work of two pole structure made up using PCC poles of any length, painting shall be carried out to complete iron work like channels, clamps, GODO base frame and operating pipe with handle, GI pipes for cables fixed along two pole structures, clamps of stay assembly connected to PCC Poles of HT/ LT over head lines with two coats of superior aluminium paint including necessary preparation of steel surface and painting of alternate strip with white and blue for LT and HT poles, synthetic enamelled paint strip 05 Nos each of 30 cm height up to 1.5mtr above PCC benching/coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

Material and labour for painting to all iron work of four pole structure made up using PCC poles of any length, painting shall be carried out to complete iron work like channels, clamps, GODO base frame and operating pipe with handle, GI pipes for cables fixed along two pole structures, clamps of stay assembly connected to PCC Poles of HT/ LT over head lines with two coats of superior aluminium paint including necessary preparation of steel surface and painting of alternate strip with white and blue for LT and HT poles, synthetic enamelled paint strip 05 Nos each of 30 cm height up to 1.5mtr above PCC benching/coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

M & L for painting of 33 KV Gantry yard complete having 50 Nos of standing/supporting chanels/ H-Bean, joist etc, angle iron, nuts & bolts, clamps, strips etc and complete connected iron work, post & flat iron strip and 03 Nos VCB iron stand complete with aluminium paint and marking of white and blue strips alternatively having 30cm wide upto 1.5 mtr length on each supporting channel/Standing channels with synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L in replacement for duct cover Mild steel plates, chequered, 5mm thick or over in available sizes in Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A in and including cutting in shapes, bending or making support, notching in appropriate size for housing of LT/HT cables, earthing strips, GI pipes or other similar existing material at site , welding including lefting arrangement of duct cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in cgharge.

Trimming of tree branches Clearing of LT/HT line 4 m all around by cutting tree branches at ground level of any numbers and any girth on any numbers of conductors/earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of HT 33KV, SF6 circuit breaker, 630 Amp by opening cleaning greasing the complete mechanical mechanism with attached numerical relays bus bar etc insultion testing setting the contact gap by measuring as required reassembling the SF6 and resetting back to its original position checking repairing the current circuit panel wiring ,relay testing and calibration and provision of minor spares as required complete including operational testing all as specified and directed. Note:- 1, Testing, calibration & servicing shall be carried by a qualified trained technician, service Engineer as report shall be submitted 2. Replacement of Major parts shall be measured and paid separately.
