Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal)

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadum or bituminious macadum surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and exc 50mm and n exc 100mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compresser machine to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying tack coat on existing bituminous, cement concrete or primed granular surface to ensure a bond between the surface being paved and the overlaying course with paving bitumen Grade VG-10 at the rate of 3 kg per 10 sqm of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm (compacted thickness) using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Semi dense concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper.

M & L for bituminous macadam not exceeding 75 mm thickness (compacted thickness) using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper.

Taking down and keep in safe custody solar cat's eyes/reflactive type cat's eyes compete all as specified and directed.

Refixing only solar cat's eyes making hole in road surface and fixing with screw/nails and approved adhesive (after repair of road work) as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete to be laid in required slope complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

S&F Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 (As per IS 15658:2021) grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as in copings, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including neccessary formwork.

Supply and fix metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti-theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (approved color and pattern), not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed
