CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AT O.SIRUVAYAL VILLAGE IN O.SIRUVAYAL PANCHAYAT

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Filling in Basement with excavated Earth in layers of not more than 15cm. Thick well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Supplying and filling foundation and basement with filling sand layers not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, watered and compacted complete complying with standard specification.

Cement concrete 1 : 4: 8 mix using 40 mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Random rubble masonry in CM 1 : 5 mix using required bond stone including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for watering and curing etc., complete for foundation.

Brick work in CM 1 : 5 mix using country bricks ground mould of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and Erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists (Country wood) of size 10x6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10-13cm dia spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10Sqm for the following items (RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/Square, tee/All beams, lintels, staircase waist slabs, landing slabs, landing beam, portico beam etc.

ReinforcedCement concrete 1 : 1 ½ : 3 using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Reinforcement and fabrication charges, centering and shutting but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1 : 3, 12mm thick extra as directed by the departmental officers etc.,

Granolithic floor top finishing with CC 1 : 2 : 4 , 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc., complete

finshed with one course of pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm with cement

Plastering with CM 1 : 5, 12mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with CM 1 : 3, 10mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Distembering two coats oil bound distember over priming coat inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all loboure charges etc complete ( Inner wall )

Painting two coats with approved emulsion Paint over one coat of Primaring coat of emulsion Paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Painting two coats over new iron works such as steel door, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
