Demolition of concrete in ground floors and paving n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) un-reinforced concrete & removal of rubbish beyond defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demoltion) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including cleaning of silt, mud etc from channel, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all specified and directed.

M&L for interlocking precast colored cement concrete glazing finished pavement blocks 60 mm thick M-30 grade with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS 15658-2006 laid dry hand packed tightly over a layer of sand to the true levelled surface concrete tiles pattern shall be as directed complete all a specified & directed. (Note:- Supply of sand shall be measured & paid separately under respective item)

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring/path, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes n exc 0.5Cum, getting out , returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with around in layers n exc 50mtr and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled Mild Steel in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. (Fe-290 Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat zinc chrome red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering and in consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 Type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.
