Repairs to TVR-14 & 55 :- The job includes dismantling of steering unit of TVR No. 14 & 55 . then providing , installation and testing of new steering unit complete assembly , (Part No. PP11748 ) . The job shall be undertaken onsite ( MED Complex Shalteng ) and all the tools tackles required for execution shall be provided by the firm.

Repairs to Radiator by way of removing of dents and then brazing of old worn -out damaged radiator core also cleaning descaling of fins /tubes of core. Repairs to both water tank jackets by welding and cleaning and fitting of 02No. Gasket units.

Repairs to coupling shaft both ends by way of providing and fitting of new tail piece ends and then proper algningand fitting on the engine transmission and clutch ends as per the direction of engineer at site.

Repairs to engine side by providing and fitting of new fly wheel ring for P4 engine , the job also includes repair to tappet cover by boring and rethreading for the fitment of bolts as per the direction of engineer at site.

Repairs to Gear Box by way of drilling, boring and making of grooves on the shaft periphery. The job includes providing and embedding of flange for fastening of broken shaft, and welding together both ends with precise fitment.

Repairs to Differential Housing of Diesel Road Roller No. 664 Wilson, The job includes :- a) Turning of universal cross on lathe machine tool and then fitting of 04 no. star gun metal bushes and Washer ( G.M ) 5 mm thick . b) Turning of Pinion Housing Bush left Side Inner/ outer and then fitting on pinion shaft . c) Drilling / boring of holes on differential housing and universal cross and fitting of lock Pin as per requirement and instrucion by engineer at site.

Repairs to Pinion housing of Diesel Road Roller No. 353 Wilson. The job includes :- a) Remetalling ,grinding and finishing of pinion shaft to make accurate size also boring and rethreading of bolts hole on housing as per reqd. b) Fabrication of Plain washer -2 No.'s taper Sleeve -2 No.'s., washer Lock - 2 No.'s and Key - 2 No.'s .replacemnet of old damaged pinion gear left side and refitting of new Pinion Gear as per the direction of engineer at site.

Repairs to radiator assembly by way of cleaning, descaling, washing for detecting leakage and brazing gas welding of tubes as per requirement . The job also includes testing of radiator at desired pressure.

Repairs to Gear Box :- The job includes Ist and 2nd gear Shaft by remetalling , grinding , finishing of shaft and also drilling boring and making of grooves on the shaft periphery. The job includes providing and embedding of flange for fastening of broken shaft, and welding together both ends with precise fitment.

Providing and fixing of PH522, high pressure Super Service Hose pipe, Synthetic rubber resistant to abrasion and weather, oil & ozone with temperature range -40 0C to +155 0C water having two high tensile steel wire braid of reputed make with minimum W.P 280Bar/4000Psi , ½ inch ID.including high pressure pin clamps of suitable size & no.( if required).

Providing and fitting of High Pressure Water Nozzle for (Without Hose Pipe)Adjustable Jet Straight Nozzle of following specifications:- • Material; SS/Gun Metal/Brass • Nozzle Diameter: 1/2" • Usage/Application: Car, Bike Wash • Model : as per sample The job includes dismantling of old damaged nozzles.
