M&L for water proofing treatment to the roof slab using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membrane with features as specified, weighing not less than 4.0 kg/m2 laid over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.4 litre per Sqm on surface provide a layer of APP modified membrane by torching application including sealing the overlap with torching with 150 mm on length side and 100 mm on width side as per manufacturer's instruction including joints and changes in direction be covered with thin cement slurry in CM 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement curved well before laying of membrane all as per manufacturer's instructions and provide a finishing coat with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/m2 as prescribed by manufacturer of membrane to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Irrespective of the lap the net covered area will only be measured for payment.
