Development of Concrete Plot along with drainage facility adjacent to IOCL Petrol Pump near Weigh Bridge-1 inside Harbour area.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil which may include ordinary soil, sand, silt, slusy soil with all leads, lifts and de-lifts, loading, unloading, handling, re-handling with cost of all labour, transportation and subsequent removal at appropriate time including site illumination, mobilization, demobilization, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, fuel & lubricants with all taxes, T&P, Port entry fees, all safety arrangements etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Filling with dredged spoil up to required level including collecting, conveying by private trucks / dumpers within a lead of 10 km (Avg.) and lifts, loading & unloading, spreading in layers not exceeding 1.00 m, watering, compacting by using VRR to achieve OMC, dressing, leveling to required gradient etc. with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes, royalties, running & hire charges of vehicles, machineries, Port entry fees etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge excluding GST. N.B:- 10% voids shall be deducted from the measured quantity of sand after compaction to arrive at the payable quantity.

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level & grade Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 hard granite graded chips of 20mm & below size Crusher Broken) for PCC, hoisting, laying over compacted surface, finished smooth to the exposed surface, to proper level & gradient, barricading the work site curing etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying and transportation of Quarry Dust of approved quality, conveying the same by private Trucks including loading, unloading, spreading quarry dust over the approved surface in suitable layers, compacting with VRR for both Dry & Wet rolling all complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalties, Taxes, hire & running charges of all equipments, Port entry fees, operator expenses cost of water, fuel, lubricants etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC Gr-I (90 mm to 45 mm ) size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate with Quarry dust, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORTH specification for Road & Bridge works with supply of all material labour transporation hire and running charge of equipments, taxes, tollage, royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC Gr-II (53 mm to 22.4 mm) size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate with Quarry dust, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORTH specification for Road & Bridge works with supply of all material labour transporation hire and running charge of equipments, taxes, tollage, royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer in charge.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete subbase over a preapred subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm., aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600.1, cement content not to be less than 150Kg./Cum., optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid and compacting with vibratory roller 8 to 10 ton capacity, finshing and curing as per clause 601 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge works (4th revision) but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Cement concrete of M-30 grade of PQC by using Crusher broken hard granite chips of 12mm to 20 mm size of approved quality for RCC road work, mixing in a Batching plant, transporting the concrete by any approved means, hoisting, laying on road pavement slabs in panels of required size, providing thermocol at top 50 mm of the panel joints so as to create a gap of 12mm between panels, compacting by mechanical vibrator with 60mm needle vibrator, finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade and camber, texturing the top surface by brooming with wire brush, curing by ponding, barricading the area for proper safety of the fresh concrete without obstructing the traffic, etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, all transportation charges, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, taxes excluding GST as directed by Engineer in Charge. N.B. : 1) Two separate Mix Design shall be conducted with different Cement brand for RCC work & Barricading the site if required. 2) material testing cost borne by contractor.

Deployment of Hydraulic Excavator of 1 cum bucket machineries for shifting the heapped earth, mixed cargo materials and damaged heavy concrete blocks etc. from site including hire & running charges of all machineries, equipments, cost of fuel & lubricants, labour, T&P, taxes, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge. NB : No idle hours shall be paid.

Supplying & forming 12mm wide x 85mm deep longitudinal joints by fixing 12mm dia 450mm long HYSD Bars @ 420mm C/C painted 50mm at center with anticorrosive paint including providing & fixing bitumen paper, painting one side of concrete surface (300mm thick) with bituminous black paint, cutting grooves of required size and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler etc complete with supply of all materials, T&P, labour, hire & running charges of all machineries, all taxes, royalties, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
