STMC work for 01 No. of Road for an aggregated length of 12.568 km under BBSR (R and B) Division-II, (Package-V)

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material upto 1000m lead including cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause - 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Flank dressing to proper camber including cost of labour etc complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared bituminous surface, spreading @ 0.20kg / sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance of bitumen emulsion & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause -501 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing & Laying B.U.S.G. of 75mm thick in two layer using tack coat 3.0kg/10 sqm 25mm to 40mm size B.H.G.C.B.metal of 0.45cum & 12.0kg of 80/100 penetration grade of bitumen in one layer with 0.12 cum of 12mm size B.H.G.C.B.chips as key stone per 10sqm and laying & spreadig including heating, pouring and spreading bitumen &materials after Unit: cleaning the road surface and rolling with PRR including hire charges of PRR & cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of T& P, labour charges etc complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer In Charge

Providing & laying Bituminous Concrete of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, preparing preemixed materials with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per clauses 501, 503 and 507 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material to site, laying in uniform layers on well prepared surface & compacting to achieve the desired density including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause -406 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision)

Crack Filling : Filling of crack using slow curing bitumen emulsion and applying crusher dust in case crack are wider then 3 mm.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

Restoration of rain cuts with soil, moorum, gravel or a mixture of these, clearing the loose soil, benching for 300 mm width, laying fresh material in layers not exceeding 250 mm and compacting with plate compactor or power rammers to restore the original alignment, levels and slopes

Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor
