Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at rate of 05 kg per 10 sqm of road surface complete all as directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using paving bitumen VG-30 with binder content 4% by weight of total mix laid by mechanical paver, rolling with static power roller of capacity 8 to 12 ton complete all as directed

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40 mm thick (mixed in central computerized hot mix plant) consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled with mechanical vibratory power roller 8 to 12 tonnes capacity, complete all as directed.

Preparation of new or previously treated surfaces and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.00 mm thick including thermoplastic paint @ 5.5 Kg(MOST) and reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gm/sqm area, thickness of 2.00 mm is inclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 53 complete all as directed

S&F road stud reflective type of metal body alloy with PAMA strip lens reflector with MS stud of suitable size fixed with adhesive as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as directed.Make: Model No DA-972 of Dark Eye or equivalent of 3M/Sun Eyez/ M/s Texla Plastic & Metal Pvt Ltd / M/s Automat Road Safety Pvt Ltd.

M&L for 100 mm thick , cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Sub-base of floor complete all as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade confirming to IS 15658-2006 with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over compacted bed of fine sand cushioning, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as directed(Note:- Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately)

M &L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as directed.

Demolition of brick work masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as directed

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as directed

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, path, hard standing etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as directed

Use & waste form work to soffits of suspended slab such as floor or roof slab, chajjas and similar work not exc 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for flat rough finished complete all as directed.

M & L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on wall ,Chajjas, deck slab Shelves/tank staging complete etc all as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed.

All as per above item, but 6 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups spacers and binders complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass concrete etc all as directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes 300mm bore, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars all as directed

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes 450mm bore, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars all as directed

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings,kerbs and like including slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as directed

M & L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:4 making surfaces finished even & fair complete all as directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as directed .
