SUB HEAD XIII UPS AND BATTERIES.
Supply, unloading, shifting, installation, testing & commissioning of micro processor controlled following rating UPS capable of operating in parallel redundant mode so that if any one UPS fails the other can supply 100% load, IGBT based rectifier to achieve input THDI < 4% and input power factor of greater than 0.99 at 100% loading with 3 level Inverter Topology. PUMPS Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Vertical Inline long coupled / closed coupled Centrifugal Pumps for hot water circulation. Pump shall be complete with CI body, statically and dynamically balanced bronze or gun metal impeller with stainless steel shaft, bronze or gun metal shaft sleeve, ball or roller type bearings, factory fitted mechanical shaft seals and directly coupled with electric motor for re-circulation of water for the central air conditioning system. All pumps shall be aligned properly as required. Flages at suction & discharge for connection of pipes (flanges shall be as per IS standards). The pump motor shall be TEFC type with premium efficiency class IE3 (as per IS 12615) with class 'F' insulation, operating on 415+/- 10%volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC supply. Pumps will be with performance characteristics as given below. The pump and motor shall be mounted on a common base plate of cast iron or fabricated from steel section. Pump set shall be complete with thermal insulation same as chilled/hot water pipes, cladding, rubber flexible connections (PN-16) at suction and discharge, suitable flanged suction and delivery connections, necessary anti vibration pads, MS base plate, and all other accessories complete as required.
a) Cost of power panel is inculded with the below described pump b) RCC/PCC floating foundation, foundation bolts etc. as per pump manufacturer's drawing. C) The system shall be complete in all aspects and suitable for following configuration: d) Water Flow Rate — 120 USGPM e) Head — 20M f) Minimum Efficiency — 70% g) Pumps performance curve shall be submitted. Note: Pump head for all pumps shall be check & varified by the vendor before submission of technical submittals. In case of variation in pump head, nothing extra shall be paid.

CLOSED EXPANSION TANK WITH PRESSURIZING UNIT AND AIR & DIRT SEPARATOR:
Pressurizing unit consisting of multistage centrifugal type pumps (1W+1S) with SS- 304 casing, SS-304 impeller and stainless steel shaft with mechanical seal, CI Base, TEFC motor with class 'F' insulation, operating on 415V+/-10%, 3 phase, 50Hz AC supply with factory mounted control panel (IP-55 protection) and set of accessories such as pressure switches, suction and discharge pipe manifolds, pressure gauges, valves etc. conforming to the specifications. The unit should be BMS compatible.
Centrifugal type air & dirt separator shall be of MS construction . The unit shall be able to remove free air and micro bubbles as well as remove solid particles upto 10 microns. The unit shall inlet and outlet connections tangential to the vessel shell. The unit shall have an internal stainless steel collector tube with 5/32” (4mm) _— diameter perforations and 63.5 C open area designed to direct accumulated air to the compression tank on an air control system or an air vent on an air elimination via an NPT vent connection at top of the unit & drain valve in the centre of the bottom. The Air separator will be insulated. Unit shall be PN -16 rated and as per specifications & drawings.

DIESEL Supply and install diesel storage tank 500 ltrs capacity made up of 4mm thick MS sheet duly insulated with 25mm thick thernocoal of density 16 kg/cubm and insulated with 26G aluminium sheet.
FAN COIL UNITS Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of horizontal FAN COIL UNITS , blow thru type, each complete with 3 / 4 rows deep Chilled Water Coil, one or more centrifugal fans, cleanable fabric filters, main condensate extended SS drain pans, RA insulated plenum, as described in specifications, casing, coil piping connections, through copper pipes, condensate drain connections, wiring, control wiring in conduit upto thermostat boxes. Fan coil unit shall be factory fitted with valve package comprising of pressure independent balancing cum control valve with integrated 2 way motorized actuator in a single body for modulating operation suitable for static pressure of 1600 kPa and actuator shall be capable of withstanding 400 kPa shut off pressure, 24 V AC incoming power supply, ball valve with Y-strainer at inlet & Ball valve at outlet and necessary copper coil piping connections. The actuator of modulating valve shall be provided with interface cards to receive 0-10V or 4-20 mA signal from Digital Thermostat.
The actuator of the valve shall have necessary torque to overcome pressure differential of 4 bars rating. All fan coil units shall be suitable for 220±6% volts, 50 cycles, single phase power supply. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of THERMOSTAT for heating. The thermostat shall be electronic room temperature controller with digital display & fan speed control, capable of providing individual space temperature control for heating application. The controller shall be designed to modulate control devices such as 2 way motorized valves for hot water duty.
