SITC of cubical type L.T. Distribution panel board of appropriate size, wall mounted compartmentalized with maple arrangement having rigid & self supporting structure fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel with 50mm*50mm*6mm M/S angle frame. The panel board consisting of the following switches.Panel should be fabricated at the CPRI certified manufacturers and test reports to be submitted. Cable Alley: Cable entry arrangement will be provided in the cubical panel in vertical position of appropriate size with 200 Amp capacity 2 way AC/DC make connector indicating phase & neutral for each outgoing main switches & gland plate must be placed at the bottom of the panel with detachable type as per direction of E.I.C. Painting. The complete panel board shall be painted by 2 coats of powder coated paint over two coats of R.O. primer of Approved make & brand & color as per Direction of E.I.C. Constructural Details: All'incoming & outgoing panel mounted cubical Switch disconnector fuse shall be housed in Respective compartment with hinged & gasketted Door at front. All doors shall have Panel lock Arrangement. The panel'shall be properly Gasketted to prevent ingress of dust & moisture & Remain. Busbar will be properly arrange & all Switches shall be fixed by M.S. nuts & bolts On angle /flat iron frame base.as per direction of E.I.C.

Earthing with Copper plate (610x610x3mm size) having weight of 9.84 Kg and 1 No. 25x5mm Copper strip (3.20 mt long) & 1 no. 6 sqmm PVC insulated stranded Copper wire (4 Mt long) incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (4 mt. long) to be fillied with bitumen, partly under the ground level & partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level and restoring the surface duly rammed incl. providing 3.0 mt long, 25 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) for periodic treatment, incl. providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36x86.36x46cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25 cm width, duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56x35.56cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer and treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode [ FOR TRANSFORMER NEUTRAL EARTHING ]

Earthing with 80 mm dia Gl pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mtslong and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized 85 to 90 micron with olive green passivation (Hot Dip) steel strip(4 Mts. long). 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt,double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S S F 80 mm dia Gl pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts

Supplying & fixing COPPER earth busbar of size 25 mm x 5 mm, 85 to 90 micron with olive green passivation on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with Gl bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 65 mm x 8 mm 85 to 90 micron with olive green passivation on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with Gl bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required

Dismantling of the esixting 400 KVA dry type transformer from the existing place and trnasporting it from Tamluk DH to Haldia SDH.
