RequiredThe contractor belonging to the SC shall be the domicile of the state of Karnataka for more than 10 years. Hence Relevant Domicile certificate of bidder for applying to works at shall be scanned and attached to e-tender document

RequiredTo qualify for award of the respective contract each tenderer in his name should have required bid capacity. To calculate Bid capacity it will require financial turnover in last five years period i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26. The turnover Certificate should be issued by the Chartered Accountant should be enclosed & mention UDIN No. The turnover prior to FY 2025-26 will be updated to the present Price level by giving weightage of 10 percent each year. i.e FY 2026-27

RequiredThe bidders who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total value. The available bid capacity is calculated as under i.e Assessed available Bid capacity is A x N x 5 minus B

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The successful bidder shall furnish within 05 days from issue of letter of intent before entering into agreement (1) Copy of Income Tax returns filed mentioning PAN and TAN for the financial year 2025-26 (Assessment year 2026-27) (2) Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit in any of the forms of DD/bankers cheques /FDR/BG for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price by all categories of Bidders and if the successful bidder quotes less than the amount put to tender,he should submit the original APS (DD/FDR) at the time before entering into the agreement If fails, such tenders will be liable for Rejection.

The intending bidders are advised to visit the site of work before submitting their tenders

Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected. The officer competent to accept the tender shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever

Any Modification/clarification will be published in the KPPP portal. The bidders are advised to visit the portal regularly

Contractor shall bear the service tax as per the reverse charge mechanism as per Government of India Notification No 30/2012 Service Tax Dated 20-6-2012 and any modifications/charges notified by the Government of India from time to time and on date of payment

Agency should complete the work within the stipulated tender period, if fails action will be initiated as per tender conditions.

During the time of technical evaluation, if the employer finds that any Certification/information furnished is false, such bidders will be disqualified and barred from participation in the bid.

Scope of work and other conditions are as mentioned in the tender documents.

Under no circumstances, the cost of completion of Closure work, Special Repair works and AME of Machinery works should be exceeded the tendered cost and no EFI shall be entertained.

Under no circumstances, the RA Bills are to be paid. Only first and final bill is to be processed for payment.
