Term contract for repair/maint of internal wiring for No 1 Trg Bn, OTM accn, Offrs JCOs OR md accn, Office bldg etc at ARTCS, Diphu (Assam)

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete,(fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials will be the property of contractor and contractor will be paid schedule of credit to the Department .

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required

Supplying and fixing 5 Amps switch socket on the existing board including connections etc as required. (ANCHOR/MARU/KINJAL/REO)

Supplying and fixing 15 Amps switch socket on the existing board including connections etc. as required (ANCHOR/MARU/KINJAL/REO)

Supplying and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required (ANCHOR/MARU/KINJAL/REO)

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required. (ANCHOR/MARU/KINJAL/REO)

Supplying and fixing batten/ angle holder including connection etc. as required. (ANCHOR/MARU/KINJAL/REO)

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required 2 X 2.5 sq. mm and 1x 2.5 Sqmm earth wire complete for power plug wiring and submain wiring.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required 2 X 4 sq. mm and 1x 4 Sqmm earth wire complete for power plug wiring and submain wiring.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing MCB SPN 40 Amps, 240/415 volts, in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning.

Supplying and fixing following way single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240V on surface/recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc as reuired. (a) 6 way, double door

Supplying and fix DP sheet steel enclosure on surface /recess along with 25/32 Amps 240 V C curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning as required.

Supply & fix LED tube light along with fixture, 20 W including necessary connection from ceiling rose complete (Make: Philips/Bajaj/Havells)

Supply and fixing Switch fuse unit 32 Amps ,415 Volts TP fused and neutral link (Make : Havells/GECO/ Anchor)

Supply and fixing busbar chamber complete 32 Amps, 415 Volts, 4 plate complete (Make : Havells/GECO/ Anchor)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thickincluding accessories, and providing masonry enclosure withcover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 1.5 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
