Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof grouted in cement mortar, demolition of mud phuska of any thickness including removal of rubbish from site complete all as specified & directed.

40mm thick brick tiles over and including 15mm thick Cement mortar 1:4 joints, grouted & pointed flush as the work proceeds mixed with crude oil 5% by wt of cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 here-in-before but except tiles.

Racking out joints brick work or brick tile, laid flat, in floors, surface channels, roofs ec in cement and mortar (1:3) complete all as specified & directed.

Flush pointing to brick tiles laid flat in roof in cement mortar 1:4 including racking out joints/ pointing complete all as specified & directed. (Note : WPC shall be masured and paid separately)

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges or paddingn to roof/chajja and other similar location, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of mud phuska as in roof of any thickness incl plastering and leeping etc (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof), removal of debris complete all as specified & directed.

3mm thick Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over a coat of oil bound bitumen primer @0.40L/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/L at 25° C temperature and viscosity 70 to 160 CPS. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc having 75mm side lap joint and 100m end lap joint after preparing the surface as per standard practice and as per manufacturer instructions and finished complete all as specified & directed.

Applying two coats aluminium paint @100gm/sqm on top of membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (nominal mix,type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in chajjas, parapets, facia etc, all as specified and directed .

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including the use of forms or moulds with plain faces complete all as specified and directed. (Cement concrete item shall be reinforced, where ordered. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick (average thickness) plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC on concrete roof surfaces including flashings and junction of parapets etc , finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- WPC will be measured & paid separately as supply only).

Rendering 15mm thick in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over fair faces of brick / concrete ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement to surface of wall/parapets/sunken floors etc in patches, using water proofing compound, including necessary scaffolding & safety arrangement for plaster upto & including 4 storey building complete all as specified. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:3 over brick work or concrete surfaces of chajja/ceiling, in patches, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , using water proofing compound, including necessary scaffolding & safety arrangement for plaster upto & including 4 storey building complete all as specified. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/ parapets etc and applying two coats of external emulsion weatherproof paint (Acrylic based) over a coat of primer including providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements all as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint (any tint), complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling / chajja etc and applying two coats of external emulsion weatherproof paint (Acrylic based) over a coat of primer including providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements all as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed

Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid, first quality ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area or each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Light shade coloured vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over a 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
