M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces on external walls, using liquid water proofing admixture @200 ml per bag of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate of liquid water proofing admixture shall deemed to be include under this item.

M&L for dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular surface of Ceiling with cement mortar 1:4, (when specifically ordered) finished even to receive the 5 mm thick cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces of ceiling with CM (1:4) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of wall and applying wall care putty 1 mm thick, and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004 alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior emulsion paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 Sqm etc on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on new surfaces of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of white wash on ceiling including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.
