M & L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using CM 1:4, finished the surface even and smooth all as specified and as directed.

M& L for preparation of New surface of walls ,beam including necessary scaffolding Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and all as directed.

M & L Broken glass coping on top of walls In cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and all as directed.

M&L 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. over screed bed or bedding layer of morar 15 mm in cement mortar 1:4set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match Colour is approved by GE

M & L Cement Concrete 100 mm thick Type B2 1:2:4(40 mm graded aggregate) as in floor, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and all as directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and all as directed.
