REPAIRS TO BOULDER PITCHING FOR SEA PROTECTION AND RETAINING WALLS INCLUDING STRENGTHENING OF RCC CULVERT AT LAUNCH COMPLEXES

NOTE (Applicable for all items) :- The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches,pillars, rtc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrerte & path complete all as specified.

M&L boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly as in vertical bunds with slooping face (size of boulders not less than (1.00 m x 0.60 m x 0.60 m) complete all as directed.

All as per Sl Item No 3 above but except boulders.

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoarsed, well bonded bedded solidly hearted built in Cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as spd and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregated as in bond stone for stone walling and set in CM 1:6 including necessary form work etc complete all as specified.

M&L Hand packing (any thicknes) at back of walls etc with broken stone or boulders and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC(SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint lead in stone masonary of retaining wall for weep holes.

M&L rendering 25 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surface or surfaces other than fair face of brick work finishing the surfaces even and fair without usinng extra cement.

M&L providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping set in CM 1:6 including necessary formwork complete.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specially provided for.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as spd and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filing and mass concrete

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix with using 20mm graded stone agg as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, footings etc.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix with using 20mm graded stone agg as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc.

Formwork to sides of rough finished surface of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter fair finished surfaces of concrete etc all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of rough finish surfaces of concrete floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams fair finished surfaces of concrete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L MS TMT bars 10 mm and above, cut to length ,bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in reinforcement

M&L for flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on walls.

M&L Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stop, rounded or champered on edges as in coping includiing necessary formwork complete.

Excavation over areas n exc 1.50 mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers any thick, spread, levelled and blinded with earth and rammed incl watering complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a cot of primer all as specified and directed.
