Taking out existing broken foot board from bed hard steel and Supply and fixing new head board (shown all as per drg) made out of MS square pipe of size 38mm x 38mm square pipe (18 Gauge), size 18mmx18mm (18 Gauge), 25mm x 65mm (18 Gauge) and 25mm x 25mm (18 Gauge) incl 18 mm thick exterior grade pre laminated particle board in teak shade or any shade approved by GE with 4mm thick teak wood beading in matching shade with new screws and also including one coat of red oxide primer and painting the steel frames with one or more coat of synthetic enamel paint black complete all as specified.

Spray painting all steel surface with existing shade and colour or as approved by GE after application of sand paper and grinder to make the surface smooth and even over red-oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rubber shoe of approved quality to bed hard steel including Opening of and removal of old unsv shoe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of stiffeners made of Square pipe 25 mm x 25 mm (18 Gauge) size including taking out the old unsv parts including one coat of red oxide primer and painting the steel frames with one or more coat of synthetic enamel paint black/olive green complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for replacement long rail made out of MS square pipe of 25mm x 65mm (18 Gauge) size all as per mentioned in drg including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

CHARPOY IP HARD TOP (Drg. No FD/MAP-II/01) Taking out existing broken plywood from the charpoy IP by loosening the nut bolts with washers and Supply and fixing new 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood fixed to Charpoi IP frame with new GI Nut, bolts complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of stiffeners made of Square pipe 25 mm x 25 mm (18 Gauge) size including taking out the old unsv parts including one coat of red oxide primer and painting the steel frames with one or more coat of synthetic enamel paint black/olive green complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
