Carriage of following materials from Elec. Store Center Unnao to work dump site along with loading unloading and propoer stocking.

Other loose line materials with including conductor, Single and double Pole accessories, complete stay & earthing, insulator, diff. Channel & Angle, distribution box, x-arm, etc. from Elec. Store Center Unnao to work dump site along with loading unloading and propoer stocking.

Dismantling of existing old Pole and X-arms, brackets, Insulators, Channels and all hardware fittings.

Fabrication/Modification of MS Items/Nuts & Bolts as requirement of site condition

Erection of ST double pole (33 KV) including digging of pits, fitting of all accessories along with cartage & dragging from dump site to pit site.

Supply & Fixing of following materials for above job-

Erection of ST Single Pole (33 KV) including digging of pits, fitting of all accessories along with cartage & dragging from dump site to pit site.

Supply & Fixing of following materials for above job-

33 KV F-Clamp with N&B

Cross Arm Holding Clamps

Earthing of Pole as per RESPO NORMS

Grouting of ST Pole as per RESPO Norms with grouting materials.

Digging of pits, fixing nuzzling and grouting of stay rods as per RESPO Norms with grouting materials.

Stay Insulator

Laying stringing and sagging of O/H 33 KV Line Three Phase by Conductor including all associated work with joint/jumpers and binding of insulator as required.

Laying stringing and sagging of O/H 11 KV Line Three Phase by Conductor including all associated work with joint/jumpers and binding of insulator as required.

Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable of diff. size with sand and bricks as per RESPO Norms.

Fixing of cable jointing kit of diff. size

11 KV Cable Hosting including jumpering etc. complete work with help of G.I. Pipe as per RESPO Norms (G.I. Pipe and other required material shall be provided by the contractor)

Scrubbing, rubbing, cleaning and painting of Single & double Poles structure, one coat with red oxide and two coats of Aluminium paints (ISI mark paint)

Supply & fixing of Danger board with clamp as per RESPO NORMS

Supply & fixing of Barbed wire at Poles as per RESPO NORMS

Supply & fixing of Number Plates with clamps at Poles as per RESPO NORMS

NOTE:- 1. All the material provided by contractor shall be as per norms of UPPCL/RESPO. 2. One carriage including loading/unloading from dump site to pit site is included in scope of work. 3. During execution of work all risk will be of the contractor. 4. Contractor will provided all T & P, vehicle and man power. 5. All the old and used material should be taken on book. 6. The quantity may be vary ± 20%
