Plain Cement concrete Using 1:4:8 mix ( One cement , four sand and Eight aggregates) using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying,consolidating and curing etc complete as per the standard specifications.as per TNDSS NO: 28 V, VI (S2) V,VI (S5A) VII

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five Msand) using II class chamber burnt bricks of size 9"X43/8"X 23/4" standard specification including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification Above basement

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five Msand) 12mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specifications

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three sand) 10 mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specifications

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors, Windows,Ventilators & Grill with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

E) Supplying and fixing in position best Indian make white glazed earthenware WASH HAND BASIN of 560x406mm with a a pair of C.I. Brackets, 15mm dia C.P. Pillar tap, 32mm G.I. Waster water pipe, 32mm dia C.P. Brass waster coupling, plug with chain, 15mm dia PVC connection, 15mm G.M. wheel valve with ISI mark and necessary G.I. union and G.I. Elbow, including fixing wash hand basin in position with white lead, clamps, teakwood plugs, screws, rubber washer etc., complete without any leakage complying with standard specifications.

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of 300mmx300mm x 6mm of best and approved quality set in cement mortar 1:2 mix (one cement and two m sand) 12mm thick and pointing with white cement neatly as directed Complying with standard specifications

Flooring with colour and design Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm thick laided with cm 1:3 20mm thick and point with cement using 0.40kg per M2 including finishing and joint and pointing flush suraface etc complete

Dismantling and Clearing away and Supplying and fixing in position of 23" size Coloured Orissa pan Indian Water closet of approved quality with S or P trap including fixing the same in position etc., completed.
