Carrying out indoor residual spray, outdoor fogging operation for controlling mosquito menace in Kalpakkam Township during the Year 2025-2026.

Carrying outdoor fogging operation with hand operated thermal fogger for controlling mosquito menace using Deltamethrin chemical at the rate of 30 ml mixed in 3 liters of diesel and fogging all around the building and other open areas of entire township at required intervals as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The rate shall include cost of chemicals, labours, tools & Plants, transportation etc. all complete).

Providing and spraying indoor residual spray against Mosquito and other insects by using Cyfluthrin chemical or other approved chemicals diluted at the rate of 10ml per litre of water and spraying with suitable sprayer inside and surroundings for all types of houses and other buildings as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) Payment shall be made for chemical consumed in Ltrs and the tenderer shall quote accordingly. 2) Rate shall be inclusive of Labour, rent for sprayer, PPE, etc., 3) An average of 200ml (approximately) chemical shall be consumed / sprayed per day.

Carrying outdoor mist blowing operation with hand operated mist blower for controlling mosquito menace using Cyphenothrin chemical (Gokilath-S 5% EC) or other approved chemicals diluted at the rate of 200 ml per 20 litre of water and spraying all around the building and other open areas of entire township at required intervals as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The rate shall include cost of chemicals, labours, tools & Plants, transportation etc. all complete).

Carrying out Anti-Larval operation for mosquito aquatic stage cover in all breeding places with Vectobac chemical and mosquito larvicide oil or other approved chemicals for both inside and outside the Township area at required intervals as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The rate shall include cost of chemicals, labours, tools & Plants, transportation etc., all complete).

Removal of Bee hives / wasp net in Kalpakkam Township as and when required at different heights with safety clearance, specified chemicals and skilled person without affecting the surrounding as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

From 10m upto 30m height from AGL

Carrying out indoor fogging operation to control vector borne disease with hand operator fogging machine fitted with micro discharge nozzle using 2% Pyrethrum chemical diluted at the rate of 1 litre chemical mixed in 20 litres of diesel to make 0.1% Pyrethrum formulations (ready to spray formulations) including fogging inside the building as and when required, spraying at early morning or late evening, taking all safety precautions, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer - In - Charge. (Note:- The rate shall inclusive cost of chemical, labour, fogger, etc., complete)

Labour charges for source elimination of larval habitats/ removal of container breeding sources to reduce mosquito larval breeding including clearing all waste materials such as plastic containers, broken bottles, disposed stonewares and unused/ waste tyres etc., in residential/Non residential areas and also creating awareness about the prevention of mosquito to breeding sources etc., all complete as directed by Engineer - In- Charge. Note: 1) Contractor shall be engaged one unskilled mazdoor for each operation. 2) Tenderer shall note that one operation involves one or all activities of descriptions mentioned above for a net working time of 8 (Eight) hours in a day.

Carrying out sanitization spray operations with Hand sprayers using Sodium Hypochlorite or Lysol solution of approved concentrations to contain the spread of COVID-19 including collecting and diluting the chemical with water of approved concentrations, spraying at required intervals over the places, labour, using proper PPE like hand gloves, mask, barricading the house entrance, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: 1) Contractor shall engage one labour for spraying and one labour for mixing and filling the sprayer and fixing the barricade tapes. 2) 20 Ltrs chemical solutions shall be consumed/sprayed per hour. 3) Rate shall be inclusive of fixing and tying of hazard warning barricades tapes and wood reapers over the door frame of quarantine house and removing / disposed off safely after required quarantine period if any required. 4) Cost of chemicals will be paid for separately under relevant items. 5) The required wooden reapers and barricading tapes will be issued by department at free of cost.

Supplying of Sodium Hypochlorite / Lysol chemicals with specified concentration including supplying in sealed containers, providing test certificates, stacking at GSO stores, refilling the empty containers, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer - In - charge. Note: 1) For refilling the containers, empty containers will be supplied at free of cost. 2) Payment shall be made on the basis of actual quantity supplied. 3) Item shall be supplied on part basis as and when required.

Lysol (Combination of 50% Cresol and 50% soap solution) (refilling the 40 - 50Ltr container)
