Applying one coat of exterior primer of approved brand and manufacture applied @ 1.20 Kg/10 Sqm.
Supply of a labour for miscellaneous civil works like uprooting small trees along with the boundary wall and other minor civil works whenever required all complete as per direction of engineer -in - charge (The item included all labour, T&P required for above operation )
Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-harge. (a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).
Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: (a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).
Repairs to door / windows shutter (Area upto3 sqm) including taking out and refixing the same and replacement of hinges with screws wherever required etc complete
Providing & fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) along with "S" or "P" trap including dismantling of old WC seat and "S" or "P" trap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material i/c malba, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer in-charge.
Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
